I think the question is does anyone really care, especially with what else we have going on not just in this country but in others. Probably, even the FDA could care less at this point, they are clearly not ready to address vaping yet (they never gave the follow up talk) and extensions were made. I truly doubt that the FDA is going to FEED this guy by handing out legal summonses to ANYONE breaking the law.

If they were dying to enforce EVERYTHING, then they wouldn't have done the extension. IF the guy has found a LOOPHOLE that they missed, they're probably going to send him a cease and desist letter. Giving huge punishments to two small scale American Citizen vapers for "breakin' da lawh" is just NOT GOING TO HAPPEN..

Everyone probably realizes this except THIS dude, who really is clearly, clearly mentally unbalanced. The FDA is not going to want to touch this with a ten foot pole, I'm almost certain.

The guy still needs a little Life Humiliation, so I'm just going to pray that all his choices and actions rebound on HIM. The nice thing about having a higher power that *I* choose, is, well, SHEIT gets a little vengeful and old Testament once in a while.

I suggest an ECF prayer: Whoever you are, looser, may all the nastiness you wish on other vapers rebound on you. In fact, let's all pray you get committed to a locked mental ward, where, I PROMISE, you will not be allowed to vape, OR smoke, AMEN."

Mike, please take that sound cloud thing off the post. TOS and all that due to language. ;)

So I played both the what Mike posted and the video that the other Mike posted.

To my untrained ear. I'm thinking yes

Done ... I skipped forward past the intro, 'till I heard his voice ... then didn't listen to the rest. My error if it contained bad words further in.

He also made a pain over on Reddit when he got banned from ECF.

He also might have been the TB who ran LocomotiveBreathVapor, which is out of business now, but I'm not sure.

That he was Tom Baker crossed my mind almost instantly. I know his voice was on some vaping shows. I can't compare them since I would have to do some considerable digging.

Oh, those folks were always around. I blame YouTube personally. It's such an exhibitionist platform, and I prefer to live in ignorance at times. You run into enough of them IRL, it's just exhausting, the digital age, it is. This is why I'm not on FB/YouTube/Instagram/ESPECIALLY TWITTER. Like I want to read the random mental floss of anyone who can express themselves in 10 words? Perhaps brevity is the soul of wit, but it sure ain't the Brains of Wit. We need only to look at Our Grave Leader's twitter feed to know that....

Not that I'm suggesting Covered Wagons, but man, sometimes I wish it were easier to only run into so many Opinions a day (except for Opinionated, LOL, she's awesome).

Because I have plenty to worry about in RL and if I really want to know what's up with you? I'll call you or text you, LOL, I PROMISE!!!!:lol:

He comes across to me as emotionless, and completely focused on tiny details...those kinds of people can be a little scary...

You can read about him in the DSM. Unfortunately, that just scratches the surface. People like that "feed" on the negative emotions that they themselves create in others.

Playing both at the same time, now there is a 3 year difference and yes voices can change a bit.
Part of me says yes it's TB and part of me says no. There is a pitch difference...and a thicker accent in the older one. There are some...how shall I say...sloppy S's and such in the newer one that don't come through at all on the older.

They both have a way of going to higher octaves when excited. Pitch is about perfect when they do.
