Honestly? I don't believe in playing armchair psychiatrist, as tempting as it can be at times. Psychiatric disorders are actually very serious, and require more than a quick assessment from a couple of videos. I think there is enough labels we can truthfully and confidently slap on him without going the possibly false psychiatric labels.

Regarding the DSMR, I suggest you browse through it if not read it.
In my opinion you're correct about there being too many variables which determine psychiatric disorders.
Many of those variables are listed in the DSMR but the important thing is that
modern psychiatrists go strictly by the DSMR in deciding proper (usually incorrect) diagnosis and treatment.
I figure it's worth reading so I know how to act or not to act when they come to take me away...

I wouldn't try to diagnose anyone on the basis of a single video, but there seems to be a great deal more information around to help place his behavior in perspective. I do know I'm glad he's moved on, otherwise I'd be getting a restraining order out to force him to be at least 200 feet and 20 posts away from me.
