Yes, made and produced after the deem date
The way I understand it is that a vendor can still "make" and "produce" products after 8/8/16, provided those products are exactly the same as products he made before 8/8/16.

What vendors technically aren't allowed to do is to introduce new products, i.e. they're not supposed to sell products that weren't already on the market prior to 8/8/16.

As a matter of fact my post was a point of contention because somebody (no longer a member here) didn't believe federal agencies have SWAT Teams.
He wasn't in denial. He was just very selective about the reality he was willing to accept. ;)

She, Rossum, she...
She was neither in denial nor very selective about her reality. Long story. I was perceived as her enemy for political reasons so nothing I said was acceptable even when confronted with articles
corroborating the information I presented.

Testimony to SNL's age that I don't remember over 80, maybe 90 percent
of the characters or comedians in those gifs.
True that during the first couple of years I was usually working or if home
the TV was on and my wife and/or friends watching while I worked on the house
but still..sometimes I feel as if I missed a large chunk of Americana

My bad. This obviously isn't the person I was thinking of.
Have no idea who you might be thinking of.
Don't want to say the nick 'cause the devil always appears when summoned..
She was well liked by many though..I tried hard to befriend her but since I'm not a commie it was like beating my head into a wall

I just got another red X a little while ago from SonicDSL...
All because I made a funny about Robin..The funny part is that I've been known to send Robin (virtual) flowers
and make subtle but respectful passes at her. Would I do that if I really thought she was very old?
Seriously?

I have spent the better portion of my Freeday nite researching my giving of the lackluster RED X's, and now I am proud to announce that I am once again, free and klear of any (other than to DPL, but that's another story for another time).

To @Robino1, to @classwife, and to @tj99959 - my 3 unwilling and unlikely and undeserving victims, I humbly apologize for my mean and hostile gifts of the Red X. They are removed and I do hope you will forgive me.

    Profusely. ;)

    I wanna red x, why can't I have a red x?!?:w00t:

Do people really look at the ratings?

I do when I first meet someone. It tells me something about a person, generally speaking - at least it says how the majority views a person, and what, perhaps, to watch out for.

For instance, someone like Rossum with a rather dry at times personality, has a lot of likes averaging over 5 per post. Well, its not because he's the class clown, as again, a rather dry at times personality, therefore his intelligence must have value to the community in some form. (No disrespect Rossum sweetie)

Knowing how a community values a person, does help how you react toward a person when first meeting them. There are people perhaps you don't like so much, but you can find the same value in them others do and respect them for that value - personality differences aside.

There are two people on this forum (whom I will never name) I think life would be better if I never spoke to them in any way shape or form, and I basically ignore them within reason because I find their personalities just so grating.. yet, I don't flat out ignore their posts, (although I skim over the top of them more often than not) because I do understand what their community value is, and that community value ends up being the same value to me because I also am part of the community which has the same needs, desires and goals; vaping, its advocacy, and the education of those who need it.

So, in some respect, I do think there is value in knowing how the community feels about a person. Generally speaking.
