At this point I am just hoping all my orders that are on slow boats from CHina make it here before the hammer drops. I no longer feel any hope at least for the near future.
I have 2.5 gallons of nic on a truck that likely just entered my state. Expected delivery tomorrow. Once I have my hands on it I will have the minimum requirements for DIY for years to come.

On Friday, October 11, The White House is expected to make an announcement regarding the FDA regulations of vapor products. We are anticipating this announcement to include the agency’s plans for regulating flavored vapor products other than tobacco.

Following this announcement, later in the evening, Donald Trump will be holding a rally at the Lake Charles Civic Center.

2.5 gallons, when you finally decide to get into something, no pale half-measures for you. Congrats to you. I think you will enjoy your product.

Don't really need 2.5 gallons but when they run a 25%-off sale and pile on a quantity discount on top it starts getting pretty cheap. :)

Yup, just for the heck of it, I added 1000ml of 100% Armor V2 just now. It will probably be distributed by my will, so my daughter will thank me posthumously or is it post-humorously. I get those confused.

Well, I suppose as long as they allow unflavored products on the market and don't mandate BT's ownership of it (cough, not expecting that much luck) vapers will be OK. DIY flavor shots. Shops might even survive the onslaught for a while. Come May, IDK.
I do not think the FedGov has the ability to block flavored vapor products for which the manufacturer has proof they were marketed on 8/8/16 before the PMTA deadline in May.

My guess is they will be announcing what they want the FDA to focus on once that deadline has passed, because the FDA does not have the resources to fully police everything.

Are. You. Kidding. ???

Firstly, Mr. Executive Order is about to issue a statement.
Secondly, the FDA and congress (both of whom are in cahoots on this) can damn well write whatever they want.

Inspect it when you receive it. Give it the sniff test. Pour some of it into a clear glass container and post a pic. There have been a a fair number of reports of pretty crappy nic received by people who are panic-buying now.

And when I sniff it, what am I sniffing for? Nothing?

No. But of course, I could be wrong.
Firstly, Mr. Executive Order is about to issue a statement.
The President got a bit of a wake-up call about vaping last month when the White House switchboard was clogged by vapers and quite a few Republicans asked him, "Do you want to lose the next election? 'Cause this is how you lose the next election!"
Secondly, the FDA and congress (both of whom are in cahoots on this) can damn well write whatever they want.
Sure, Congress can write whatever laws it wants, but getting a bill passed in both houses and onto the President's desk in less than seven months is not an easy task.

"Nothing" would be ideal. Really good, un-oxidized nic has very little odor. Nasty, oxidized nic smells like a cross between dirty gym socks and an ashtray that hasn't been cleaned in way too long.

Say it ain't so, Rossum!

The President got a bit of a wake-up call about vaping last month when the White House switchboard was clogged by vapers and quite a few Republicans asked him, "Do you want to lose the next election? 'Cause this is how you lose the next election!"

And then there was me who just said, "I'll vote for you, Mr. Trump, whatever your decision on vaping but I would appreciate it if you would re-think your statement.

Sure, Congress can write whatever laws it wants, but getting a bill passed in both houses and onto the President's desk in less than seven months is not an easy task.

The molasses in January that is the congressional work ethic may warm up in order to save our precious future from this epidemic of teen vaping or eating Tide pods. Well, maybe not the Tide pods, those don't really offend the New Puritans.

The odor of nothing can be so much more pleasant than the odor of something.

In other news, there is rather LARGE lizard who is hanging out under my bathroom cabinet. I am NOT pleased by this, but I suppose it's as good a reason as cleaning with pinkeye as ANY.

Our new house, it's gonna be SEALED. And by that, I mean it will arrive NEW and well, covered in that industrial strength saran wrap. It's been raining like crazy here, my son's RAID or whatever it's called perimeter has been breached.

I HATE OLD HOUSES.

It's not the lizard bothering me really but where there be lizards, there be snakes.. The husband will redoi the perimeter when he gets here, I don't CARE if he complains.

Oh sorry. I meant to say Nic River usually sends out good stuff. Usually.

Also the libertarian party used to be: as little government as possible. Think infrastructure like roads, and a military to defend us and not much else.. It seems to have gotten weird lately and is jumping on bandwagons and stuff but well, it is what it is. I really DON'T want to vote libertarian at this time maybe, but I guess it seems that little government is like frightening to many people. I do kind of get it in a way, as the government "cares" For us, etc. Just wait until the government comes for YOU. That's the thing.

Anna
