All I can see with all this confusion and contradictions is a bunch of lawyers getting very, very rich indeed for years to come.
Let the litigations begin and hopefully never end. :vapor:

Yeah, but who's going to pay the legal fees on the vaping side?

Sheesh.
I come home and reports !!!

Again, this thread is for discussing Deeming Regs.

This is an e-cigarette forum for discussing e-cigarettes/vaping...not a personal blog for off topic ramblings.
Enough...just stop.

I’d be glad to start a thread called, “Everything is On-Topic” (or, “Nothing is Off-Topic”, if you prefer) if that would help.
I mean, there are many interesting topics worthy of discussion that have little to nothing to do with vaping.

Perhaps there already is a place for this?

Yeah, but who's going to pay the legal fees on the vaping side?

We the vapers, the industry, trade and other professional vaping organizations (VTA, TVECA, AEMSA, SFATA, USVA), the vape shop owners, everybody who cares about vaping will have to finally wake up and put their money where their mouth is. There's no such thing as free lunch. Vaping is a multibillion dollar industry and there are at least 12 or more million adult vapers in the U.S. The industry will have to donate some of the profits and probably pass some of those litigations costs to consumers. Then there's crowdsourcing, go fund me, appeals to public for donations. Whatever it takes.

We can start by supporting CASAA. CASAA was founded in 2009, I believe, by a few very smart people (most of them ECF members like @Vocalek , @JustJulie , @kristin , @Drewsworld ) who realized early on that we were facing an uphill battle and had to be prepared. They have lawyers and always need money. Give what you can--monthly, one time, whatever.

Donate - CASAA

Just for starters. Moaning and groaning and complaining on the Internet is not going to be enough if we really mean business. :)

The post relating to an off-topic subject was not directed at tomatoes. Classy is awesome, in case this is not general knowledge. My off-topic tomato posts were not the subject of the post in question, I'm trying to stay on topic. That said, I've weathered the criticism because I realized my error. Please do not criticize her, she does a great service here. Not kissing ...., just honoring someone I respect.

You misread my meaning totally!!! Classy knows I think the world of her  and what she does to keep this all humming along. We’d be absolutely lost without her, doubtless. And @classwife knows I mean that from the bottom of my heart!!

Sorry, bad link/reference. I misread that, same as many people that read my post being the cause of classys' post on the subject.

Maybe I’m clueless, but you were way down the list of “suspects” ;). I think we’re all a little strung out waiting for the deeming hammer to drop. Easy to get off track when you’re trying to distract yourself from the inevitable bad news. I hope they announce something, anything tomorrow. CASAA et al are fighting a monster with a cloak of invisibility right now. A least a concrete decision would give them a point to attack

That is how modern intelligence functions in most ways, obfuscation.

I feel Irish with these last posts. Thankee Nola mel, if nothing else, I gained some perspective.
I hope it was a positive prospective ;)?? I’m happy to admit when I’m wrong if someone kindly points it out, but at the moment sorting through this deeming mess is like trying to swim in a peat bog. I know it’s made me a tad cranky. Maybe after a tanker of coffee tomorrow I’ll be back to my cheery self

I just went out, tshirt clad, and freed a harley that was stuck in the Texas mud aka: the driveway. No worries, not a peat bog, been there, with a mc, but that's worse. Yes, it was a positive perspective. Otherwise I would be forecasting some seriously dark excrement. Coffee is helpful, vodka also. It would be nice to have a paved driveway that the state provided, without seding land ownership. One can dream I suppose. Ahh, life is grand ain't it? (This post took awhile, autocorrect screwed me up)
