He's right about nicotine, wrong (as always) about vaping. He doesn't realize we don't use pure nicotine, we use it cut in a base of PG or VG.

Of course I'm sure most of you already know that IF we had pure nic, and IF it got on our skin it COULD hospitalize or even kill us, depending on amount. But we don't, so it doesn't, and it hasn't. There. I said it.

No he's not. You're giving him the benefit of the doubt and I don't know why. Have you read the article? Nobody talks about pure nic and no DIY-ers are using it at home, far as I know. People who DIY use 10% nicotine. If you spill a couple of drops on your skin, just rinse it off. Done that myself numerous times.
BTW, 100mg/ml is not all that much stronger than the 59mg/ml eliquid in juul
pods.
What frightens me is that it was voted something like 141 to 37 to move it ahead.
