We have ALL let things get to far from Reality. And Our Complacence has allowed the Edge of the Envelope to be pushed Farther and Farther.

Then One Day you Stop and Look around and go "What the :censored: is Going On?".

But Nobody Cares. Because they have be Brainwashed by people like Slantz saying that a Drop of Nicotine on your skin can send you to the Hospital.
Yep, living in a free country and taking our freedom for granted. We better wake up.

CASAA or someone should have an attorney offer to take the case the first time a vaper's car or something is confiscated due to having vape gear (not an obvious street seller, but some Joe Schmo user of e-cigs).

Or maybe they'll just challenge it outright in court, and head it off.

Anyone know if there's a challenge?

Speaking from first hand experience, some DIYers do indeed use 1000mgl nic, I know of many. And also from first hand experience, a "drop" of it on the skin wont kill a normal healthy adult, or I wouldnt be typing this. Without proper PPE it is dangerous at high concentrations, YES, but the dangers are often greatly exaggerated in main stream media.

Didn't ozzy osborne do that and ended up in the hospital for rabies shots as a result in the 1980s?

Who's Godwin? And what's his law?

Godwin's law - Wikipedia ;)

"For example, there is a tradition in many newsgroups and other Internet discussion forums that, when a Hitler comparison is made, the thread is finished and whoever made the comparison loses whatever debate is in progress.[8] This principle is itself frequently referred to as Godwin's law.[9] "

I'm too slow.

Civil forfeiture laws have been one of the most insidious erosions of individual rights that has flown by right under the radar. The Supreme Court did deal with it (?) last year, but did not shut the door on the practice. Rather, you now at least have the opportunity to fight the forfeiture in court as excessive (and abusive, but I don't think that's not a real legal argument even if true).

But it will be at your own expense, hiring attorneys and running up legal bills just to get your own stuff back that shouldn't have been forfeited in the first place. I have zero idea how this nonsense was written in that state law, so no idea if it is subject to or how to challenge it, but it is obscene legislators would even consider enacting something like that over an issue like this.

Fresh will talk about it in under an hour.

So I listened to the podcast. And I'm even more depressed now than I was before. "Nothing ever changes in politics." "National tragedy" indeed... Nobody listens...

I'm with you and they really didn't address it. More talk about DIY than MA legislature. Smoky Blue even asked him what can we do to help MA and he didn't see it or he didn't respond.

I know... I never thought we'd come to this. And cigarettes, marijuana, and alcohol, which kills 4500 teens every year in US, are pretty much left alone...

I knew right from the start that vaping could be the most effective way ever to help smokers quit.

And 10 years later look where we are.:(
