Not sure how accurate this is, but Tax Foundations says CA has highest gasoline tax (not counting federal tax)...
Since Pennsylvania has CLOSED ALL Bars...and ALL State Liquor Stores...hand sanitizer will probably return to the shelves...before we have access to the alcohol to make it!!??!!

FYI. To my eye, Essential Depot prices on VG have skyrocketed i.e. roughly tripled. Perhaps driven by demand for hand sanitizer? I purchased a few gallons from Heartland instead.

I came from Alabama where until recently, only state stores had alcohol. (Now they have beer and wine other places.) NOLA is the wild west... drive through daiquiri shops, whiskey at the gas station and drug stores.... wherever you stop.It seems you are unfamiliar with Pennsylvania's arcane laws regarding alcoholic beverages.
We need a new calculator so we can accurately calculate the swap value of a roll of toilet paper or an ounce of sanitizer for liquor. I'm estimating one roll is good for a fifth of the cheaper stuff, extra soft Charmin equates to top shelf. A new package of Lysol wipes? Cognac!
