I pretty much quit as soon as I started vaping. I did light one up on my 2nd day, it tasted so bad I haven't wanted one since.

For the 30 years I smoked I always said if something could make them taste horrible to me, that would be what finally made me quit. It turned out to be true.
I don't vape any tobacco flavors, I am sticking to dessert/fruit type flavors.

I'm interested in knowing when you say quit, are you also off the nicotine now?

depends on who you ask. if your not smoking analogs anymore you have quit cigarettes. if you have 0 nic liquid you are off nicotine as well. i vape 18mg liquid so im not off the nicotine yet.

Goal 1 was to quit smoking

Goal 2 is to reduce the nicotine level... am going to start doing that with my next order or juice

Currently vaping 24mg, my supplier uses 24-16-8 mg levels, Im going to get another 24 and a 16 and start mixing them, 10 ml at a time until I am vaping the straight 16mg stuff, then work my way down from there.

Succeed or fail, there is no question in my mind that even with the nicotine, this is better than smoking was.

I have not had an analog for 3 weeks now and my son who has also stopped smoking analogs is going on 6 days. Our next goals are to reduce the amount of nicotine we are using right now we are at 18 mg. I am planing to start mixing my own juices so that we can cut down the nicotine slowly.

After trying many ways to quit this has been the only one that has got me past the 2 week mark.

I got a RIVA 510 from my brother in law and quit smoking that morning. All i have is my little box to store all the stuff and i take down a flavor at a time using carts. I had one cig about a week ago just to test my resolve (an american spirit my old time fav) and while i enjoyed it i could feel the weight of the smoke in my lungs. Never looking back :)

Absolutely Rosa. I watched a video recently of a congressman going off on the assembly about E-Cigs. he stated "if you went out into your garden and started smoking lettuce you would probably have similar health problems seen from Tobacco" Whether thats true or not I'm no expert. but truly the smoke kills. Everything in moderation.

I smoked one a little while ago because I was having cartomizer issues and needed some nicotine to clear my head a little, so I went outside, smoked an analog, and it tasted HORRIBLE!! I came back in and I smelled horrible, everything tasted horrible, and I couldnt even taste my vapor on a DRIP!!! The only reason I didn't reset my counter in my signature is because it was BAD and I guarantee it'll never happen again.
