E2 Cartomizer Technical Discussion

Granted this isn't specific to E2 cartos, but are there any bacterial worries to any of our attys or cartos? While I'm thinking of it, I have noticed on a few of my cartos that have been sitting around awhile, there is sometimes a green tint to the condoms or threads, is this something to worry about?

Well not so much with old style cartos, because you can't clean them and get the disinfectant out of them easily. With an atomizer: probably/yes. With cartridges which can be used for months and months: definitely.

The way I resolved those concerns for myself is to clean atties, and disassembled cartridges in isopropyl alcohol.

A Green tint if you are using Green e-juice shouldn't be a problem.

If you are using clear liquid you might want to wash that carto and condom caps out.

i just did a cleaning on a few older e2's and 2 new ones using denture tablets and wow it really works well on the e2.

I don't think there is a "properly". I think it's just what works for you. Individual tastes require individual mods.

That depends. Some do, some don't.

If you get a bad one, I just throw it away and grab the next one.
I used to pay a lot more for the old filler cartos than these new ce2's.
Grab the next one, if you find a bad one.

You're going to need to pop off the mouthpiece and middle ring to fill them anyway, so you should see it if it's there. If it is just rinse it out good and dry burn it off.
