Have you checked to see what the cheapest registered or trackable method available is? Even if it takes awhile to get there would probably be worth it for you.

That makes sense, I think using snail mail for this sounds better (for the battery, as cartos and liquid are non-replaceable to the bomk). I do remember reading something to the effect that technological advances or upgrades do not constitute a free replacement or something like that, but I can't remember where I read that. It was one day when I read all the sites, from Microcig to ecigfair, to RoyalSmokers and e-liquid. etc
I don't know of a good analogy, but at the moment I'm guessing something like getting an '09 car, and a month later hoping for a free exchange to a 2010? Or maybe buying an alarm clock, and a month later the factory makes one with a better sound? I dunno, a U.S. store might, but factories don't work like that. The U.S. store may not even do it, but if they do, chances are that there was already a hidden fee paid to them by the consumer that allows them to do that.
