This is a Good Find! I wonder if Bill G. is still looking for products from 2007 and before?? I dont know if he actually NEEDS them or if product info is enough? Sorry a bit off topic!

Funny you mention that....I just tried to contact Ruyan and ask them if they still had the original V8 design available for sale.

You do understand that when an e-Liquid becomes a "Tobacco Product" that anyone selling e-Liquid in Arizona is going to have to Comply with ALL State, County and City Laws/Regulations regarding Tobacco Products.

I don't foresee B&M Shops Popping Up Left and Right like Mushrooms after a Spring Rain.

BTW - Just fill out this Form and we will get back to you in 12 ~ 16 Weeks. LOL

Yeh, I hear ya. But (LOL) we have lots of smoke shops... and a few head shops selling tobacco products... in my comparatively smallish area (Prescott, etc.. rural) and, of course, all the quick stops and grocers went through the AZ licensing for tobacco also. I don't think entrepreneurs hoping to hop on the ecig profits wagon are going to let the licensing deter them. The one or two small B&Ms here would go for it I'm sure knowing Arizonans couldn't get supplies online anymore. Their already existing business could only grow.

Edit: ooops.... also, we have Reservation tobacco stores here and I would expect the owners to jump on ecigs also if they haven't already... been a while.

Don't get me Wrong... I believe that some B&M are going to Start if the FDA requires Face-to-Face transactions.

It's just not going to be a "Gold Rush". Because starting a Business Isn't Cheap.

There is Expense after Expense. And that is IF your City will give you a Business License.

I knew someone who was considering starting a B&M in a Shopping Center/Strip Mall. He started to do the Leg Work and found out that he Couldn't sell Tobacco Products in the Unit he was considering Leasing.

He was afraid if he Signed the Lease and Dumped a Bunch of Money into a "Vape Store" that his Business License could be Revoked when e-Liquids were deemed a Tobacco Product by the FDA.

There was also an Issue with the Possibility that the Fire Suppression System might not be Adequate for the Storage of "Chemicals" under the County/City Fire Code.

It just turned into a Bag of Worms Moneywise so he Dropped it.

It would be a Shame if an Existing B&M had to Revise/Re-Apply their Business License to Sell "Tobacco Products" only to have the City say,

"Were Sorry. But we Can Not Allow You to Do That at your Current Address."

Or, even worse in my town, "We're sorry, but we don't have any open licenses at the current time". They strictly control the number of tobacco and alcohol licenses they give out. And all the licenses are always 'in use'. If a store/restaurant closes down, the village council meets and amends the village ordinance to reduce the number of licenses by one. That way, there are never any available licenses, and anyone wanting to open a new place must convince them to amend the ordinance to increase the number by one.

Absolutely... A Good Point.

In the City I live in, there are no Available Liquor Licenses. Haven't been any For Years.

I'd also like to add that I've talked to indian reservation's (Mckellips and Indian Bend) and they are NOT interested in ecigs (they do sell one, Crown 7). I've talked to several independent smoke shops and the response has been cool at best. Not interested. Most are PRO regulation, saying that stores mixing liquids etc is "dangerous", "don't know what's in that stuff" and pretty much what you'd expect to hear, line by line, from BT. They are believing it hook, line and sinker. Kinda sad since they are small business too.

I've known a couple of other people start small shops and it's not easy. A lot of strip malls are corporate and it's impossible to set foot in them without the weight of a national chain behind them. They are stuck with being on the outer edges. Tempe Marketplace was fully sold out over 5 years before it broke ground. The footage rates were enormously inflated for non-corporate stores. That's why there's none there.

FDA won't do anything....
I'm soooo somewhat upset about all else that's going on with our country.
Like the madness is Syria. Possibly being led into another war. Where I read we now have CIA operatives
on the ground along with military. Yes we always must fight for our right to vape and our freedoms.
But this is all a smoke screen....
