Got mine earlier today and I must admit, great job guys!!!

Some observations:

1. Filling Vortex is a breeze. Pop off the mouth-piece, drip juice into inner-side-wall, replace the mouth-piece.
2. Didn't even bother letting it sit. Started to vape right away and it's great. After few minutes, it got even better.
3. Great flavor! Tried two of my favorite juices on my Darwin -- Boba's Bounty and BWB Dulce. Didn't think these juices will taste any better, but THEY DID!
4. Mouth-piece was a bit loose, but with Darwin, this is really not an issue. Could possibly come loose if using e-cig devices?
5. Soft mouth-piece was a great idea. It feels much better than hard-plastic or metal.
6. 510-808 adapter doesn't seem to like my Darwin thread very much. I couldn't thread in one of them (got 2), but managed to thread in the other one. I think this could be Darwin issue since it has known issues with threading.
7. Was also wondering how effective ultrasonic cleaner will do the job. Will try it out after few days and let the board know.

Kudos for making this great product. I give it A+++.

After letting it sit for a few hours not sure what to tell you other than if you are using 100% VG and it is thick...thats one thing we never experienced with the Vortex, we loved that you could chain vape it...also this is optimal on a 3.7v setup...

These are not working for me, I keep getting dry hits.

The VG I use is fairly thin. The carto I used the Thinner VG in, I never got a good hit from. The carto with the slightly thicker VG gave me a couple of good hits, and now I can't get any good hits.

I don't have a choice, I have to use VG, it's not a preference.

I only used them on a 3.7V device.

I just realized a poster above was using Bobas. I Have Gorilla juice in the one that I can't get a good hit from.

Just a heads up. If you order more than 1 pack of the Vortex, and you want an adapter you will need to order them separately unless you want as many adapters as packs. I found this out yesterday when my total wasn't what I was expecting. Unless it has been fixed, it will order the same amount of adapters as packs you order.

I should add, I caught it before I finished checking out.

Yeah, i noticed that too when i ordered earlier this eve. figured it out. but i forgot a freakin' drip tip ..bugger...beach.

I subscribed to the newsletter for the discount, but dont think i got it, and shipping wasnt free over 57 bucks, even though I made sure to go over the 57 bucks , or maybe i missed something.. little things, i know, but hey, if its not too late can you throw in a drip tip instead? :)

those minor issues have been ironed out, just recieved sample for whats going into production this week

you can use a drip tip as well and it doesnt leak upside down

AS STATED ABOVE, THERE WHERE 3 IMPROVEMENTS MADE TO THE NEXT BATCH (TIGHTER MOUTHPEACE, NO ALF AND NEW BASE TO TUBE CONNECTION, THE TEST BATCH I HAVE HERE ACTUALLY ADDRESSES THE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN MENTIONED AND i AM MORE THEN PLEASED. i WILL KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT REPLIES.

What is ALF?

So the pack I ordered and probably will receive this week do not have these improvements? A bit disappointing but I guess I will live with it.

Holy crap the chinese love their holidays... didn't they just finish up new year?

Anyway, I got my vortii (sp?) today and I have to say I am not overall impressed. One of my vortex was DOA as there was adhesive on the coil, I took it apart and tried to clean it/dry burn ect (I even replaced the wick with one from an old ce2) but it still has a NASTY taste stuck in it. My other ones work but... the worst ce2r4 I have still outperforms the best vortex I got. 2 of mine leak on 50/50 pg vg juice and the flavor is spontaneous on all of them. Not a total waste, but I think I will stick with what works for me. I may try to mod them into some kind of dripping atty setup though, they seem like they would be ideal for that.

.

Are you screwing it directly to the Darwin brass, or are you screwing it to the 510>510 adaptor that comes with the Darwin? I have had issues with my 510>510 adaptor with other cartos/atty's, but in those cases the carto/atty worked fine when screwed into the brass part.

Hoping to have my Vortex's in today. I have tried so many different carto's that I have grown leery of "new" ideas as 99% of them have fallen short of expectations. So I only ordered one box of the Vortex. Given the reviews thus far, it sounds like I should have bought more... If the flavor from these compares to the flavor I'm getting from dual coil cartos, I'm going to be in heaven with these Vortex as I can't imagine anything being easier to fill than these.
