cinamon like red hots and strong cinamon flavorings and some acidic juices like oily acidic orange . Our ornage pineapple caused this but since then it has been reformulated and doesnt crack the tubing, when we restock the juices in a day they all are safe in the tubes.

thanks!! look forward to the restocking!! :)

i dont mean any dis-respect to your product . i turned one of my vortex carto into a "DripTex" atty.
Smoakin vape. lol..
I do alot of modding anyways, i couldn't pass it up, when i drip with a regular drip tip on a reg. atty ,i allways take the tip off to drip because not all the liquid flows down to atty, on the " DripTex " i dont have to use tip because the tube doesn't get hot like the reg. metal atty does.

okay...i think i know why the vortex is not working for everyone. i filled one up with white chocolate nectar juice and let it sit for a minute. when i looked down at the coil, the coil did not look wet at all. when i went to take a hit, i just got a dry hit. so i dumped the juice out and removed the alf and refilled. then when i looked at the wick, it took a long time to get become wet. i hit it couple times until i finally started getting dry hits. i went to clean out the vortex when i noticed that the slits on the inner housing for the wick was not aligned with the wicks. it was actually blocking off one side of the wick and pinching the other side. this probably causes the wicks to wick very slowly (or at all with the alf intact).

I'm actually lovign the mouthpiece...it is a little looser than our betas but I actually prefer it as it is easier to cap after a refill. I am not havign any real issues with it coming off but then again I don't usually carry mine in a pocket or whatever...

One other thing, before you automatically put a drip tip on these TRY them with the mouthpiece that comes with it...the feel on the lips is exquisite...

I like the feel, but of the three I have filled two are so loose that they come off in my mouth when trying to use them.

I've only tired one Vortex and it is a leaker right out of the box :(
I am very used to using Clearomizers, so I know how to handle these things and how to screw them onto a battery without over doing it. I'm not sure where exactly it is leaking from as I can't see any cracks or damage to the Vortex.
Oh well, I'll try another one tomorrow, just don't feel like dealing with another mess tonight :p

I've been vaping Cinamint (70pg/30vg with extra flavor) from Kickbass and have had no issues with it reacting with the plastic. Haven't tried anything else but GV Swedish Fish is on deck. :)

Still on the same Vortex I first pulled from the pack with 5 plus refills and its still going strong. I am so totally thrilled with the product words escape me.

I also thought it might be the exterior body on the one that leaked for me but its not, but I filled and let it sit for a few hours and it all leaked out the battery whole and I also didnt fill the center hole by accident, and none made it in there when filling, I hope there is a fix for these, I have a few emails into got vapes, so hopefully we hear something. didnt want to try another one cause I dont want the same thing to happen,so i want to hear from them first

so i guess these vortexs have the same issue as ce2s: pinched wicks. the inner housing can pinch these wicks that they are not wicking to their fullest potential. like the ce2s that you can lift up the fill plug to relieve stress on the wicks, for the vortexs you can break the seal of the inner housing and lift up the it up just a tad so theres relieve of stress on the wicks. my 100% vg is vaping good now!...but i got a feeling its gonna leak sometime soon. hopefully not

I'm a long time CE2 and Fluxomizer convert so I'm surprised to even be typing this: these don't work for me. Here's what I've done:

1. Filled and let sit for 5 minutes - initial vape okay, loved the draw, tasted something burnt
2. Put on black tip from HV FLuxomizers - same thing
3. When I pulled off the black tip it pulled out the center tube so I removed the filler strip - still burnt taste after letting it sit all day
4. 3rd one I'm trying sat all day with juice in it today - its reading 3.4ohms but I can't fire it above 3.9v or it'll taste burnt so it's a stingy vape - not that fulfilling

I haven't figured out how these work - where the coil/whatever is so that's my first homework. Once I do I'm sure I can figure it out. They're worth it because:

1. Filling is so easy!
2. They don't leak!
3. 510 drip tips fit without cracking!
4. If I can get a nice draw with some oomph (voltage) and warmth...gonna be a great vape

Too tired right now but will try again tomorrow.

Chris and I have been vaping from betas to the released version and just aren't gettign any leaking at all. As with anything it could happen but we aren't seeing it as a widespread issue.

As with any clear plastic carto always handle the base with care when threadign it on to your battery. They aren't superglued to the base but a food grade type of adhesive is used than can easily be broken during this process and this might cause some leaking. If this is the case, pour your juice out, pull the tube off the connector and throughly clean around the base and reseat with a safe adhesive of some sort or even as a user suggested earlier maybe a plumbers tape could be ideal. Otherwise there really is no reason these shoud leak...I have a couple sitting on my desk filled, dry as dry can be.

The coil is at the very bottom of the unit. I pulled the one I have that leaks apart as it was useless anyway lol.

I then cut the tube down some, put it back on, added a drip tip and it works very well to direct drip on :D

I have tested 2 of these and they both read at over 3ohms , for some reason I was certain that they were supposed to be in the mid 2 ohm range. They don't vape well at anything above 3.8V as mentioned above.

Must be my bad luck then with defects. I opened them all carefully and removed the cap, sit it down then even used a syringe to inject the juice making sure not even to TOUCH any part of the thing to see what would happen. A few minutes of it sitting there and drops just start coming out of the battery connector hole, not through the sides or anything and I deifnately didn't drop any through the top center tube.

I don't know its weird. I'll blow it out and clean it, and it will be fine a for a while, but sometimes when I set it back down and come back later it will just start pooling again, it was bad before and lost about 1/2 - 3/4 of a mil of juice. But then it stopped dripping out and I refilled it again, then the dripping started again...who knows

And I was worried about them leaking through the top while I was waiting for them to arrive..go figure. LOL

Otherwise a great vape and very hand.

I'm super happy with my fluxomizers! Unfortunately I'm not having a great start with the Vortex so far. First one leaked as soon as I put juice in for no apparent reason also, out the bottom. I still attempted to vape it, & did get a little vapor. I filled another with different juice. No leaking issues on this one. I am getting some good vapes, as good as the fluxomizers. I feel like I'm having to suck really hard to get it though. I find that somehow juice is getting in the airtube of both units. I'm having to blow out the airtube into a tissue each & every time to get a good vape.
I will continue to try with these for a little while & read others experiences to hopefully get some thoughts on how to avoid or fix these issues. & perhaps I won't run into these issues with the future units? I think the idea is just great, just running into some bumps.
I have found my sweet spot with the fluxomizers currently & am still excited about the new stuff GotVapes has coming in all the time it seems like! Great efforts & service!
