Well as some of you my or may not know, I was having an issue with one of my new Herons where the 2 Terminal screws were shorting out against the topper piece. At first I thought I built my coil too high, but I was able to confirm that it was indeed the 2 Terminal screws shorting out against the topper.
Well I emailed Blake @ Domo and told him about my situation. Without asking any questions, he immediately replied "Send it back, I will send you another one".......now that is awesome customer service! I figured he'd reply back and have a bunch of questions for me, like "Are you sure you're doing this/that properly?", but no......he just wants the suspect Heron back and will send me a replacement.....I am so happy to know that not only does Perseas provide superior customer service, but his resellers do too!!![]()
So I will be sending Blake back the suspect Heron on Monday. Hopefully I'll have a replacement by the end of the week....![]()
^^^^ this. Yup. P offered to cover it. And Blake played the same song. Everyone at GP is just on the same page. To have this kind of support for this kind of product? It's something special.
