Thank you Newfdog, I didnt know about VA doing the Titanium day next and that Id have to wait another month for a boring old reg SS "X" :) I would have been really anxious by then. Im crossing my fingers and trying my best to get the whole "positive attitude" going on. I hope I get lucky enough to get one tomorrow.

Looky what came in the mail today! Such a good day thus far. Germany laid the beat down on Portugal, also making life easier for the US team. Then I get home to find my PapsX (even came in a cool case! Didn't know they came with those!!!) and Heron. Now to build and watch US V Ghana

Hello All! Glorious Rainy Day in Idaho!
This morning as the sun was poking up and the birds started to chirp(typically my alarm to rest a bit) I got a warm fuzzy feeling and had to build my newest Spheroid. I grabbed some ribbon wire, fluff, GVC and turned up the music. I then checked on D to make sure she was still asleep and I caught her foot moving to the beat :).

I decided to wrap a 1.0 ohm coil and missed the mark by .02 but figure it will even out to a nice 1.0 after a bit of GVC seasoning.
A bit warmer than I typically wrap in the Spheroid but, wow it is a wonderful change.

Then....BOOM, sun was up, I ate a bowl of fruit and finished

I cut down the fluff down to right at 2.0 inches for a double wrap around the post.

I have a huge attachment to the Piccolo(this one especially) and we love ours. Here, my work is complete...

Excellent picture!! Mine is exactly like that except my driptip has 2 orings on my new one, 1 on my older one!! Oh well, Perseas has quickly responded to my PM and I guess it was an extra one within the Heron or adaptor, but a mystery nonetheless since I dismantled the Heron piece by piece and placed in the bowl, then Voila, extra Oring!!

Hey Idaho, coincidence, but I just built my new v3 Spherry today too. Coil came out at .69Ω, which is lower than I usually run, but still plenty safe for the AW IMR 18490. I love this thing. Got the v3 upgrade kit last week for my v2, going to install that this weekend.

Edit: DHL just got here. Another X with some Lux accessories! Thank you Perseas and Miro!

Ah that's fantastic buddy! The Spheroid is so easy to maintain. Even when it is time for a coil, takes a minute to build one. They are just the coolest to me. It is hard to believe the flavor and vapor generated by such a small rba. On top of every reason to own one is that they are just bullet proof.
Enjoy :)

Here is a question for all you GP fans and in particular Spheroid users. Kir Fanis used to make a drip tip called Zalaros for the Spheroid. Its seems to be out of stock in most places except for the high polished version. I really wanted the brushed or satin finish. Is there any talk of bringing it back or where to get one?

I assume that the GP Paps X Ti will be uniquely serialized, but it doesn’t seem that the GP Paps X Ti switch will be different from the GP Paps X LUX switch (perhaps I’m wrong – I thought they were both made of an aluminum bronze switch housing with the rest being SS parts). I don’t know if this is truly an issue for anyone, potentially overlapping serial numbers, but it was something that I was thinking about.

Sure, buddy! You nailed it down! This is the reason of the announcement's delay and we've concluded with the following approach:

Here you go:

"Zalaros" ss drip - Gr-Modders

I prefer the GP drip tips, though.

Edit: Never mind, only polished in stock, sorry. Great news about the Ti, P!
