Do they have a US site? I remember when I was trying to find it , I found their site, but it must have been the Japan site , because they wanted 25.00 for shipping.

Much appreciated qorax aka fancy pants but I'll hopefully figure it out somehow. I just don't understand why we all talk about v2 and v3 here if I purchased it on sale day from the manufacture himself from his sites shouldn't that automatically be a v3?
And the 510 connection is a screw with a slot. It gets hard for me to articulate myself when I get upset lol.

If it's a 'pin' and not a 'screw' yours is not a Spheroid v3 but a v2. And looking by your pics ~ it seems to have the "v3 upgrade kit" installed.
I'd believe your one of the terminals is not making a proper connection. It might not be loose ~ but could be a faulty fit, or off dimensions (like using a v1 post), or a shoddy refit work by the user. Have you purchased it used? If you could ~ kindly disassemble it completely and reassemble them. That probably could set things right ~ or will let you know where the fault lies.
Alternatively pls send it to one of us and we will set it right and return it back to you within one day (of receiving it). I will do it for you and bear the postage too
Should have read it all sorry. I bought it new from the site on Tuesday (sick shipping time btw 2 days lol) so I hope it's a v3.

I don't think people knew where you got the spheroid so it could have been 2nd hand...I think that is where the confusion is. There are so many variables. That's why all the questions...It certainly should be a V3 if you just purchased from VapourArt
It's a 22mm Spheroid basically, with better airflow, and an inside deck cap for cotton builds. And more sex appeal.

This thread moves pretty fast and we can't always keep up with who said what details several pages back (if you informed us earlier) without time-consuming research when we could just ask you the relevant details. Also, if I'm not mistaken there are some v2s still out there for sale at some of the other retailers.
Since you bought it straight from vapourart, Perseas will take care of you personally if it comes down to product malfunction or a manufacturing defect. Heck he'd do it even if it weren't defective, probably. We're just here to aid with the other stuff.
I still think adjusting the screw in the 510 pin should have worked though.

This is what I currently use. But as I look around at what I have, I'll need to reorg or expand.
