Wow, so this was interesting to me. I had no idea that the 510 connection on the spheroid is actually two parts. Call me off or whatever, but it never dawned on me, nor did i notice it in pics on the site. So, anyway i had my spheroid lying around and i wanted to change the wick in it. Grabbed it, unscrewed the tank section off and screwed the base on to my v3 just to burn off excess, check the coil, etc; but it wouldn't fire. Strange i thought. Fiddle around with it a little longer and realized that it wasn't making a good connection. Fiddle with it a little longer; now here is where things go funny for me: I'm trying to tighten the base of the spheroid down to the top cap of the v3, but it actually unscrews the deck from the bottom 510 connection! If you dont understand, you will. Some how the bottom portion of the spheroid is actually composed of two parts that screw in different directions in order to close. Don't try to figure this out if you've been drinking lol. Needless to say, i got the spheroid put back together, to fire, wick changed and everything is great! However, this one took me by surprise. I'm no stranger to mods or mechanical objects, but i had no idea this little dinky thing (sorry P if you see this) would be so sophisticated!
