Interesting theory. I kinda lean towards the theory of Jupiter disrupting orbits and sending us water myself. Either way, it's worth a thought exercise.weird dream last nite.. but I think I figured out where all the water came from...
when earth formed it had an atmosphere of CO2,Methane and Nitrogen.... pretty much a non explosive atmosphere ( no oxy) and wala, a microbe came along and used methane as food and was transformed into water and carbon, thus releasing Oxygen into the atmosphere... other factors took the excess carbon and made the foundation for oil and coal, once the methane dropped too low in quantity the microbes died off![]()
