Another up vote for TigerDirect and the NewEgg.

Surprising! My ECF alerts told me you “Disagree” with my upvote post. I was expecting to see you post your bad experience with them.

Those ratings icons are too darn close. I hit the wrong one more often than not. Then I wonder if the alerts go out for the wrong one and the right one — making me look silly and indecisive. ;)

Good morning Army!

Looks like a new addition to the family will be in the world soon. Rick's daughter is at the hospital and her water has broken (been a slow leaking for a few hours). Waiting to hear something and Rick will be flying out probably tonight. I'm going to follow with our car and taking my daughter and youngest grandchild. This way he only has to pay for 1 ticket and when we meet up, we can get rid of the rental car he will need for a day.

Spend a few days there and drive back Saturday.

Excited!!!

Congratulations! I’m glad you’ll have traveling companions, especially if Ricks daughter lives in the Philly area. That’s a long, long drive. I’m so happy for all of you. :)

I don't trust Google, even though I am using it now. I always get the feeling I am being watched by snot-faced college kids who aren't even old enough to shave, but are getting paid to spy on average citizens. Welcome to the misinformation age. Imagine someone who never outgrew "Gerber's". That's who is watching you right now. (No, I am not into tin foil hats). . . .

It ain't just Google. I recently got an email from Yahoo/AT&T/Verizon/AOL about the updated privacy policy for their new merger with AOL called "Oath". Here's a couple of snippets from it:

"Dear Member,

In June 2017, Yahoo and AOL joined forces to create Oath, a media and technology company with a dynamic house of global brands, and a part of Verizon. It’s an exciting venture . . . blah . . . blah.

Please take some time to review and agree to the new unified Terms of Service and Privacy Policy . . . .

We've updated how we collect and use data. We've updated some of the ways we collect and analyze user data . . . . This includes:

- Analyzing content and information (including emails, instant messages, posts, photos, attachments and other communications) when you use our services. " [emphasis added]

So, they are reading my emails, texts and posts?!?!?! And looking at my photos?!?!?! Seriously??? This kind of stuff just makes me want to say screw it and go completely off the grid.

The only Oath I'm interested in right now is MY oath to never use any of their services again.

Saw that Pap. Sure doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy.

if these people are reading my emails and looking at my pictures.... they will go psycho..

its probably why I dont get "shoppers spam" ... they have no idea what I want or need.... Im all over the place ;)

altho I did buy a new keyboard from Walmart and registered the board and for about 3 months I got all sorts of spam regarding the Company that made the keyboard... got adz in Youtube, Google, and just about anyplace that had adz on the side of the screen.... go figger....

So Rick and I ended up driving. We are now stopped a little over the halfway point. Rest of the family stayed home. Couldn't get time off from the new job. Plane tickets were a bit insane with even worse times.

Seats all the way in the back and only a bit more than a half hour layover. By the time we deplane, that eats up that half hour. So driving we are :D. I much prefer it this time around. Vape when I want and not have to stealth vape. Yes, I'm a rebel and vape at the gate waiting area and even on the plane. It's easy when you realize that on takeoff and landings, the flight attendants have to be seated also. ;)

We are going to Virginia, not Philly. :). That's at least a few hours closer!

As of the latest update, she is still dilated 2 and they have her walking. Baby should be here tomorrow sometime.

It's going to be a long night for them!

Catch up with you all tomorrow. Rick is working out of the hotel tomorrow so we leave here to continue around noon'ish.

Sweet dreams!!!

Don't know what happened, I checked and no "Disagree" shows here. Anyhow, my experience with both was excellent.
