Hello Army. Sitting at the grill, sirloin and potatoes are almost done.
Got a call 10:30 last night telling me that my paperwork was no where to be found. No load today. No work today. No pay today.
Slept all day. Life happens.
Worry about it after dinner Pop.

Decided to fix my fuel gauge. The sending unit (which is part of the fuel pump) was hanging up on the side of the gas tank so I wanted to get that fixed…which I did. When I initially changed out the fuel pump a couple months ago I discovered there were three missing bolts that hold the truck bed to the frame. I was able to put two back but the last one wasn't lined up so I skipped it. Today I decided to try and get it lined up since I had most of my tools out. So I tried pounding, prying, and cussing it back into place. I beat that bracket with a hammer which moved it a little. Then I used a punch and pried it closer. But it still wasn't lined up enough to get a bolt in it. Trying to come up with another strategy I decided to take to cussing it out. I used every bad word I ever learned in my life. Didn't budge! So I did it. Yep, I went to DEFCON 1. Thought I would never have to go there, but I was determined to get that damn bolt in that last hole and I was out of options. So I huffed and I puffed and I reached back for all I was worth and I screamed, "YOU POO POO HEAD"! Hark! It worked! The hole lined up perfectly and I was able to get the bolt in. Boy, I told that hole a thing or two, huh? Teach that truck not to mess with me!! Harrumph!

got an idea... since dog food makes the dogs sick and cat food makes cats sick.... feed the dogs cat food... ;)

That could work but it would never work in reverse !
Picky cats !

Found my Maine .... cat, Rocky, with his hind end hanging out of a large bag of dog food one time. I thought that was why he got as big as a dog until I figured out his breed.

He did like dog food!

Had a wonderful visit today with some fellow ECF'ers. Classy, Bea, Cl(something or other. Can't rember her exact spelling), B2L and Rossum!

Finally back home (3 hour drive each way) but was the perfect break I needed. ;)

Was lovely to visit with you again @classwife

That's because it was HIS idea to eat it - not something he was served and expected to eat

Wonderful! I’m sure it was a very quiet, sedate gathering. Quite prim and proper and all that. ;)

I'm on hold right now . Too much other crap going on that I gotta deal with . Nothing I do will affect the outcome , It's degenerative with no cure so a few weeks won't matter .

Damn. I was just going to ask how you are feeling these days. I’m sorry you’re not experiencing improvement.
