Then you gotta read the thread - your neighbors will have to cart you off as certifiable in a couple of hours.

I’ve already started. Giggling began at the post about how his farts could “gag a maggot” - I’m dying here! Keeping quiet but any minute now I’m not gonna be able to contain myself! I’ll read more tomorrow. When the neighbors are at work.

I started straightaway with the poster saying his profile pic looked like he'd just got dusted with that particular ummm air stream.

Clear diet is going good today. Trying real food tomorrow morning. I'm not needing morphine tonight.

If there were any cramping today, NG tube would have been placed.

Funny how just passing gas is celebrated here.

Passed some after 8 yr old granddaughter heard the conversation with the nurse. After me making a bit of noise  she turned and gave me a high five

I know....TMI. BWAHAHAHAHA!

Well there is one thing about the bed I don't like. The top of the mattress is 28in high. This is 3in or so higher than the old bed. What I might do is get four of these. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Artesian-Bun-Foot-Maple-Sofa-Table-Leg-Actual-5-in-x-2-in-L/3502284 Painted black they would lower it by 3in. But that does mean taking almost everything apart to get them on and cutting 3in off the center support leg. The hanger screw is 5/16 and the bed bracket are metric. But it should fit through the nut so I can just put a nut on it if it's long enough. Guess I should go to Lowes and check them out first. Think I'll get my food run in first. And think on it some more..

I found that by having a higher bed it was easier to get out of.... :)

Give it a week or so before doing anything. You may well get used to it :). I needed to raise my bed a few inches to use the groundspace for storage boxes, and yes it was odd to begin with. Now I don't even notice it.

Thinking about that. If I do I may get something to raise the night stand I'm using.

had to make a delivery to a lab on campus at Loyola Univ. This is the Harvard/Yale of the south... doctors and lawyers are the main product of this school... and money!!! good gawd 15 - 20K$ a semester... our brightest and best of the cream of the crop attends this school...

anyway, I am NOT familiar with the campus and was looking for Bldg.# 92, so I stop and ask a student where it might be at... she looked at me with a bit of fear in her eyes and said " ummm, I dont know" so I then watched her turn away and take a couple of steps...
once she took a couple of steps away from where she was standing I noticed a "podium" type of structure.... it was a map of the grounds with all of the buildings numbered and indexed... so I get out of the car walk up to the map look at it and find #92.... as the student was getting ready to walk away, I looked at her and said " I found it!!! " she then looked at me as I was pointing to the building on the map......... the look on her face was PRICELESS!!!!

this is our future, our brightest minds at work.... o_Oo_Oo_Oo_O

This is the mattress protector I bought. It's cooling and is water proof. So no bed pan needed..:pervy:

The other pics are a comforter my Mom made for me by hand. Don't remember when but I'm thinking early 80's. Thought it was time I got it out and used it. That was what she made it for.

That’s sweet that you’re using the comforter your mom made! Things like that are precious.

My bed is 25”. Makes it easier for the cats to jump on my head to tell me they want breakfast. ;)
