Went to Home Depot. Come out and truck wont start. Healthy crank just wouldnt fire. Sat around 20 minutes n tried firing it up again. No go. Hopped on phone and called AAA for a tow. While on hold I tried again and it fired up. Running like a champ. No idea what its problem is.
Probably not. I took the family for hot air balloon rides back in '04 in New Mexico. Being a largish group, we could only go 2 at a time. You start in the wee hours of the morning for the updrafts. By around noon, when I finally had my turn, we stalled out over someone's house. The balloon ground team had to get permission to come on the homeowner's property so they could grab the tow line and pull us over to an open field. It was awesome!
Almost the same thing for DH today. Hopped in his truck after work, nothing. He got a jump and went to the parts store, checked batteries, they're fine. He's got a backup plan for the morning.
Utility inspector on his crew had the same thing yesterday.. They ticked off the foreman very recently.. HMMMM. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not..
Happened to my neighbor a few weeks back. I told him to wait a couple hours. It fired right up. Maybe it’s one of those pulse bombs the Ruskies are testing.

anyway... ended up having to go to Panama City Fl... 650 miles round trip 10 hrs... that place cleaned up pretty well after the hurricane...
The more things change, the more they stay the same. The only constant in life is change. That’s my deep philosophy for the day. (Okay, you got me. It’s just two trite sentences that popped into my head and before I knew what was happening I had typed them out. I’m having a BK Moment.)
In other news, the $1.6+ billion has been won. By the government. Oh, and the ticket holder(s) get to share about $490 million.

what gets me is that it was the Louisiana Mega Millions ticket and it was won by someone in So. Carolina...
Completely disgusting. That’s not even factoring in the amount raked in on ticket sales. States claim the money on ticket sales goes to education. I’m sure a little low level forensic accounting would show otherwise.
