Evening...Been home about 30 minutes and I'm set to make my caramel stuff for tomorrow. It's expected. But I didn't have lunch today so first pizza rolls and beer. Hey if I don't eat first I'll make myself sick sampling. Likely will anyway..

anywayyyy... thought it was going to be a "slow day" Ive already been at it since 12:30 this morning... had to do the Lake charles run ( 9 hrs round trip, just got home)
I got up yesterday at 5am... stayed up to 11:30 pm, got called an hour later, so basically Ive had 1 hr of sleep since 5 am yesterday... they wanted me to make a run to Covington and Bay St. Louis ( 4 hrs RT) starting at 2:30 pm today and then make another run from 6:30pm to 11:00 pm in Baton Rouge... turns out no one is answering their phones... the BIGMAN even called me to do the work... looks like there will be another hiring spree soon....
