Heavy mist still going on here. The weather will be about 8-9 degrees cooler than they said earlier this morning. I do need to go to the store, but hate getting out in nasty weather.

Pappy, I looked around for that kombucha you mentioned. I found one called blueberry passion, and thought I had the one you said. I haven't tried it yet. Now since I know it isn't the right one, I am not too excited to try it. I don't drink these things often at all. I will let ya know what I think of this, once I get my nerve up.

New Orleans La.
almost got T boned this morning... I arrived at a stop sign and came to a complete stop, another car came into the other stop sign ( cross traffic) and she stopped, I proceeded forward and she shot out and came within 1 foot of taking out my passenger side of the car... I looked at her and she was yelling at me ( couldnt hear her since her windows and mine were up...) but obviously she thought she was right in her judgement... I pulled into the parking lot of the store at the corner ( a block further up) and she comes flying into the parking lot, slams on her brakes and jumps out of her car yelling at me in some central American based language... eventually she got into badly broken english and continued to yell and scream at me about how rude I was to cut her off...o_O

I asked her if she had a La. state drivers license... nope. I asked her if she even had a license... nope. I told her to come back when she has a legitimate drivers licence and we will discuss the action of who was being rude. Only in America.....

Unreal. Besides the issues of driving illegally and of immigration status — just humanly speaking, it’s horrifying how aggressive and angry people are becoming. I don’t feel so safe anymore when I’m out and about. I can be a happy hermit to begin with. This kind of thing makes me even happier to be a hermit!

I’m really glad you’re okay. I never would have thought to ask her about her license.

Nuts! Some lady hit me once about 20 years ago. 100% her fault. She had her son with her I figure he was about 16. Anyway, they get out of the car and start reading me the riot act. The kid got in my face and was cussing me a red streak. Didn't take but two seconds for me to tire of that so I told the punk to back off or I'd turn him upside down and screw him into the ground and told the lady to shut her piehole. They did. Cops showed up and filled out a report. Turns out the lady did not have insurance. Probably why she had a meltdown cuz she got busted.

One day in February, we had to run our air conditioning. On Sunday night / Monday morning, it's supposed to get down to 20 degrees. And the projected high on Monday is 35. Then lows in the mid-20's on Monday night and Tuesday night.

I've already seen a few flies and mosquitos. Maybe this hard freeze will kill those little buggers.

Hey, Arm!!

And a Good Morning back at you, General. My SonicCare battery is in the death throws. A yellow light comes on at the end of brush cycle and it is not holding the charge it does take. I am only able to use it one time per day. (I'll bet there is an 18650 in there somewhere, If I was a little younger and a whole lot sharper, I'd attempt a replacement.) I can't complain, it has served more years than I can recall.
I got sticker shock when looking at a new one. I ordered a "Quip", is is $25 with $5 refills and runs on an easily replaceable "AAA". If it works, great; if not then I am not out too much.
My oil needs changing, the drive shaft needs several shots of grease and I want to bleed the breaks but without a garage, I think I'll wait for a little drying out.
Moving to on topic HHV related stuff, the Dragon Fire is aging so well - it just gets better and better. Legend is improving also, good advice of the purchase and use, thank you.

I'd bet there is a 18650 in that Sonicare too. And they probably designed the thing such that you wreck the case if you ever tried taking it apart to get to the battery. I suspect if you get three or more years out of a Sonicare you're doing pretty good. Keep in mind the refills for a Sonicare are only 80 cents.

I need to do some more on my truck too but it's only 40's and wet here today. 60's and sunny tomorrow so think I'll wait. :)

Legend benefits from some aging even more than DF. But then that's all opinion.
