Happy Saturday folks! I have the weekend off and need to go buy a dress for the last fundraiser for Sadie’s HS.. can’t believe she’s graduating this year.

I had some more biopsies done on Thursday. MRI guided and that was pretty awful, but it’s behind me. Got results yesterday that they found more advanced cancer in my R breast, it’s 2 different cancers intertwined. Both stage 2 and invasive. L still looks to be contained but who knows anymore. I’ll hear from my surgeon Monday, hopefully get in to see her and learn more about the treatment options.

Thank God I had that awful MRI and the awful biopsies bc whatever is going on over on the R side was not picked up at all by all the other imaging techniques.

Whatever the treatment is I will be compliant and attentive with all of that. I know I have the best surgeon in Phoenix working on me, and I know for sure the diagnosis could have been worse.

Anyway... that’s my update. Off to go dress shopping!

Have I told you about a power toothbrush I found? :)

    I think maybe..

I need to create an account with Phillips. As a dental professional I think I can get a decent discount. They should give me one as often as I recommend them...

Just realizing stages and grades aren’t the same. I’m grade 2, I guess the staging is done after they get in there and poke around at lymphnodes. Trying to read up as much as possible.

Found a dress and back to relaxing. Going to watch some true crime documentary, Abducted in Plain Sight.

Yeah, I would too. That they are taking their time suggests they can surround it and deal with it.
We shall see if they continue to take their time. This lesion is just diagnosed yesterday and quite frankly it’s more disturbing than the previous one (Which was not invasive). At least to me it’s more disturbing. I’ve been being totally laid back about the whole thing. If I had been given more information I wouldn’t have been. There will be a frank discussion with the surgeon this week. Seriously I tried opting out of these last biopsies bc they were not acting like it was serious. I know most people get too anxious with information, I get way too lax. She needs to start being more forthright. So I can be appropriate.

April, I am sorry to hear the latest update. That is rough. Cancer seems to be more frequent these days for sure. I find this to be very alarming. I heard Israel has a cure for cancer, but I doubt if our country will ever get it. Many things that we are subjected to cause this. I will leave it at that.

just got finished doing a "new" scheduled run...

    heres how it goes...
go to airport, pick up product, drive 25 miles and drop at warehouse for cooler storage, go home
leave home a few hrs later, drive 25 miles to warehouse, pick up product ( same stuff)
drive to destination 36 miles check in, wait an hour, unload ( 10 boxes @ 60lbs each)
go inside and set up 33+ pallets in rows, open boxes and sort thru them and place items on specific pallets
( some pallets get 2-3 tiny little boxes only.. seriously... like putting a carton of ciggies on a full sized pallet)...
wait for check in guy to count and label all the different products (33), wait for guy to file paperwork, then wait for the release/leave form to get signed...
and then drive home ( 58 miles) and have a beer.... the only good thing about this run.... the beer. ;)

Always good to see ya. Yes, I am ready for warmer temps, but not an oven. We are going to have cold weather setting in here for about 3 days. I saw a store a couple of days ago here that had a few veggie and herb plants for sale. They were indoors. I am toying with the idea of growing garlic in a big pot. We used to be safe planting about mid March here. With the crazy weather now, who knows for sure. We are getting a thunderstorm this morning. Then it is going to be in the 20's at night with some wind. So the real feel will be fairly low.

Hope everyone is having a nice Sunday!

I found a dress yesterday, I seriously hate shopping for clothes. Especially when it’s for something specific. I went into one store tried on 7 and bought 1. In and out of there in 35 minutes.

Getting a little warmer out so after I get the groceries I’ll head out for a walk in the park with the pups.
