It is in the high 30's here, but the wind chill will get ya. I have no idea what the wind chill will be later this evening, but you can bet it will be cold. It is nasty and wet with some drizzle too. Glad you found a dress that you liked. Usually if I have money and look, I can't find a thing. If I have no money, I see all sorts of cute clothes. That's just the way it goes for me.
Me too. But the fundraiser is Friday and I have no idea what my week will look like. I don’t love it, but it’ll do and I don’t have to worry about it.

Getting warm here, finally!

I just checked out Plymouth Barracuda on CarGurus for you.
A ratted out, rusted out scrapper for $1500. Everything else is $20,000 and above. Dream that.
We have a muscle car in the lot of my condo here. The sound when she's going, is absolutely grand! You can feel that boom boom through the floors.

Warm here too today. People were in the pool! The warmth was lovely.

In the pool? Didn't you just have snow? The wind chill is 25 deg now here. I think the wind chill will hit the teens by in the morning then. I did talk to my son this evening. I have stayed in the house the past couple of days. I am ready for some sunshine and warmer weather.

We had record snowfall one week ago! Today was only around 70, but there are people in the hot tub right now. Playing their music far too loud too.

I do hope the warmth reaches you too soon.

LOL - it was 78 here today with 10-15 mph NE winds, a supposedly heated pool, and no-one brave enough to go in. :D

How funny! It’s all relative I guess. Hawaiians knowing there’d be better days for swimming and Nevadans hitting the pool like they might never get the chance again. :p

My neighbor is going through his second childhood (again). Bright red hopped up Mustang.
I am less frivolous concerning my ego. An additional $30 for a Vanity plate for my 10 year old F-150 is plenty.

you got one of those neighbors too?? Mine has a bright yellow Rousche (?) mustang... paid 60K$ for it.... used
washes and waxes it just about every weekend, covers it with 3 car covers, starts it up every sunday morning at 7 am ( has a very " aggressive" exhaust system aka extra loud)
and never drives it... just sits there in his driveway waiting for the sunday morning routine... Ive seen him drive it twice... had to get a new brake tag when he got it and once again just a couple of months ago.

I wouldn't mind one of them new Dodge Challengers all dressed out. I so dreamed of a Challenger (or Cuda) back in the day. These remakes are beauties too!

It was the Cude for me when I was a teenager. Several times I stood in the dealership and drooled over the Cuda on the showroom floor. I wanted that car so badly, but it never happened.

Had a neighbor do the same thing with a vintage Harley.

lol... that lime green Cuda must have been popular... my dad bought one for my mom in the early 70's it had the hemi in it dont remember if it was the 38? or the 440... but it was way too fast and powerful... even scared me to be in it... she drove it for about 6 months, sold it, and got something a bit tamer...

Well, it wasn't lime green. It was more like this...

But yeah, they had the lime greens, oranges, yellows, etc.. Colors that popped out. Nowadays, they all look the same. No charm, no character. There were lots of Cudas with 383 Hemis in them. And yes, the occasional 440 Hemi. And yes, both overkill unless you had some kind of racing package on it. Couldn't keep the wheels on the pavement. The 340's were the right engine for that car. Even the 318s. What an awesome car. Mopar makes some great engines. Got a 318 in my truck and that is the best engine I have ever owned. Smooth as silk. Tried and true. Had a 69 Dodge with a 318 in it too. Great engine. The rest of the car sucked but that engine rocked!
