3 lemons walked into a bar....
the bar tender looked at them and got to wondering what their story was...
he asked the first lemon with a big nasty bruise on him " whats your story?"
the first lemon replied " ohhh I was just hanging around and got tired and fell"
the bar tender asked the second lemon who was all soft and wrinkley what his story was...
the second lemon replied " I just got divorced and she got the last drop out of me"
the bar tender, now totally intrigued about the 3rd lemons story asked why he looked reddish...
the 3rd lemon replied... " While I was hanging out near this tree I got sunburnt and now Im peeling"

and this is what happens when lemons go into a bar ....

on one of my medical runs today, I had to get a signature from one of the lab assistance people...
she signed her name Chelley... so as the doofus I am i said : okay thank you ms. Chelley" she quickly corrected my pronouncuation (sp) of her name as "Shelly"...
being the rude and cude person I am... I asked her "When it gets cold out side, do you get Shilly? "

if looks could kill.....

A friend of mine got all new dishes when she moved. I don't get it, mine are 24+ years used, still work fine!

hey.... new house new dishes... I still have the same feather pillow from when I was 5... so that makes it 56 yrs old.... they sure dont make pillows like they used to, of the 3 on my bed that one is the most "comfy" :)

its a bit "aged" but for some weird reason the wifey will grab it and take a big sniff and tell me " MY HUBBY!!!" and then give me a big hug... :)

What kinda cheese?
cheddar

no meat?????? at least have a Corn dog... :)
No meat. I rarely eat meat because it is too expensive for me these days. Now and then I splurge buying tuna fish, or have a taco. When I was younger, I had meat once a day. Times are very tough for me right now though.

EF-3 near Weches, and EF-2 near Lovelady, and an EF-1 near Ratcliff in Texas. 4 confirmed dead. 2 tornadoes in Cherokee County, that was near Alto. One preliminary was and EF-3, and the other an EF-2. So I think the Texas tornadoes amounted to 5 in total on Saturday. I think two tornadoes hit Mississippi. The storm is just finishing up on the far NE coast. If there are others, I haven't heard about it yet.

Well CMD, looks like I gotta break out the chainsaw again. My neighbor had a big ole red oak come down behind his house in the woods. It was a full grown, dead one. Took out a couple white oak limbs on its way down. He'll be obsessing about it and since he's my charity case I may as well just sign myself up now. I have more firewood than I'll ever know what to do with.

Hello! Day 3 post op and I’m finally feeling like the anesthesia fog is clearing. I went for 2 short walks yesterday, today I’m hoping for 3. I still don’t have a ton of energy or anything, but moving about outside feels good.

I’ll have a post op appointment tomorrow, hoping I get the ok to shower. He’ll take of the dressings and decide what to do.

I’m very relieved to be feeling so good.never needed more than Tylenol and Motrin for pain.

It’s going to be a long week waiting for those pathology reports.

Well done! Pretty amazing how quickly you’re up and about. I’m still surprised you were able to go home that night. I hope all goes well at your appointment. I’ll keep praying for good news from the pathology reports. I hope the boredom has eased up!

It is good to be a good neighbor, I hope your efforts are appreciated, that is going to be a big job with hard wood. Wish I was near by, we could have at that sucker.
