I’m not happy with how that company is treated our bunny either!
And the alcohol smell or taste? I’ve never experienced that. I’m usually pretty sensitive to that as well. So maybe try a small sample again to see if anything has changed.
Happy Friday everyone!
Ventured out to the hair salon today. Way over due.
We did have a chat (hairstylist and I) what we could do if I lost all my hair. All sorts of cute styles I’d otherwise never be brave enough to try.
Who knows? Maybe I’ll like it.

Hey David.... how was that beer? Ive been wanting to try it but no one down here has tried it that I know of. I dont like spending money on something ( like beer/booze) that doesnt taste good
made a big mistake one time buying an expensive bottle of rum ( was told it was awesome) and it was undrinkable.... could have bought 3 bottles of Meyers for the price I paid for the " good one"..
ata... the guy who told me it was awesome had never tasted it...

I saw an episode of “Food Unwrapped” yesterday that looked at beer ingredients. They “uncovered” the fact that clarification is achieved using “finings” — products that bind with the protein molecules and drop to the bottom as solid sediment, leaving you with clear beer.
Two products were used: pellets made from seaweed or a powder made from the swim bladders of fish.
Those items are not listed as ingredients because they supposedly are not in the finished product.
I thought of you and wondered whether you bother with any such thing, or with some other type of filtration for your brews.
I'll just pretend I didn't read this.![]()

Guess I need to go to Walmart tomorrow. Spilled beer on my keyboard the other day and the keys are sticking. I'd clean it but I've had it a long time and the mouse is worn out. It's this one. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Logitech-Wireless-Keyboard-and-Mouse-Combo/605403536

I use the seaweed stuff on certain batches... it drops out the gunk quickly and it stays on the bottom... just have to be careful when siphoning into the secondary fermentor.
