My juice is 70pg/30vg and I get laser punched one or two holes. I don't think I could punch them myself any smaller.
I confused Fab and Mediocre on another thread; whatever. They both talk funny.
ETA: Does Fab have an independence day or are they quietly sneaking away hoping no one will notice?

Platinum or Fusion? I liked the Platinum, except I prefer flanged, but didn't care for the Fusion. The filler is lower down than my Smoktechs and I had a hard time making sure they were filled correctly. I'm in the minority with that.
fusion....i am hoping i don't regret getting unpunched/unflanged but the price was too good to not take a chance LOL

The Fusion pre-punched are flanged, so I imagine the unpunched ones are too. It's the Platinum that doesn't have a flange.

Oh, sorry, I'm a bit overwhelmed today.
Part of the steeping process appears to be oxidation and the formation of other compounds. Leaving some air space might assist this process. I came to this conclusion because I've seen people complain that larger bottles (100ml,250ml etc) don't steep in the same time frame as small 30 ml bottles. My hypothesis is that the larger ratio of air to liquid in the smaller bottles is the reason for the more rapid steeping.
The boges should be fine. I've had good luck with slotting boge cartos rather than punching, however this may leave sharp edges that are harder on the 'O' rings.
so...when it first happened i suspected it was the cartos...was told emphatically that it could NOT be the cartos...now it could be LMAO

It really can be a combination of things - liquid too thin for the size of the holes, a draw that is too tight, a tank that gets pressurised somehow...
Saying that something is definitely NOT the cause is probably not helpful and may be misleading. There's a quote that someone uses as a tag somewhere that applies here, I can't find the reference (time!) but it something along the lines of "The greatest enemy of advancement is contempt (of the facts) before investigation". In other words, don't rule anything out by making assumptions. A quick Google-foo seems to point to Herbert Spencer as the source of the quote.

I am probably safe if it is moving south, whew. Around here if we get hail at 95 degrees, it is a good idea to take shelter, good indicator that a tornado or funnel cloud is in the area. Raining frogs, that one I don't know about, but it can't be good.
