I'm pretty confident that once they finish all their studies regarding 2nd hand effects of vapour that it will very likely turn out to be less harmful than something like perfume or air freshener. That stuff hurts my nose, and throat a lot more than vapour does and smells a heck of a lot more offending than vapour.

What bothers me, is that these people expect us ex smokers to go stand outside, surrounded by a bunch of cigarette smoke. Ever since Ive switched to vaping, my palate no longer accepts cigarettes without feeling the need to puke, but I know a lot of vapers that are still tempted to smoke when surrounded by analogs. I also personally believe that its been proven enough that vaping is nowhere near as bad as cigarette smoking, so at least let those people smoke in bathrooms or around people who are okay with it (my boss accepts it as work as long as my collegues are okay with it). Why force them to go stand outside with cigarette smokers?

I agree with Michael Savage,

“I understand what the brain washing is. Now couple that with your generation being raised on medication… raised on ritalin, adderall. This is all the gigantic distraction of the critical mind.” -Michael Savage.

The whole of our Government is LIT UP with warm fuzzy feelings, and its going to take tossing them all out to even begin to fix it.

You got it all wrong. What they mean with the right to fresh air, is that they don't want to breath in VISIBLE smoke/vapor. And I can see their point.

That's also why I don't let that happen to other people. I hold it in or just wait til I've walked past a person.

But then again, you are somewhat right. We breath in loads of stuff that is dangerous, or possibly dangerous. We all do, no matter where er are (except for places without other people). But as long as there is visible vapor/smoke coming out of ones mouth, they complain. If the smoke/vapor was invisible, they'd complain about something else.

I agree, maybe we need to take lessons from these people on how to be invisible ? 2.5 million illegals cross border under Obama, less than Bush

Its our god given right as real American's to demand other peoples behavior conform to our
irrational desires. If they won't conform, government will and must step in and correct this
errant behavior. After all its the people that vape in public that are the problem,Right?
I, being a red-blooded American citizen, demand that our government cease it's errant behavior. Specifically 1) the practice of giving my hard-earned tax dollars to those who committed the felony of crossing our border illegally 2) the practice of infringing upon my rights to serve a political purpose (i.e. forcing my 15 yr old daughter's high school to let a 17 yr old "trans-sexual" "boy" use the girls restrooms and locker room and denying me the right to stomp a mud hole in him when he is caught behaving errant-ly in those areas when my daughter is present) 3) the practice of demonizing things they haven't figured out how to tax into oblivion because the criminal conglomerates (BT) line their pockets with cash to protect their lethal products (i.e. vaping) :2c:

Rant over. Vape on. :thumb::vapor:

If your going to
marginalize another group into second hand citizen status again I would wish the decision
is made based on scientific evidence and rational thinking.
I agree with Michael Savage,

As do I...

I am the most commonly marginalized 2nd hand citizen demographic. I'm a straight, white, christian male. I was talking to someone the other day about the "Kaitlyn" Jenner thing and expressed my disgust with HIM being revered as a "hero" and that it was an infringement on my rights to try to guilt me into accepting his divination. I was told by a loudmouthed liberal bleeding heart yahoo that I was a bigot and "the only right (I) have left is the right to ...." It pains me deeply to watch my country go to hell in a hand basket at the hands of a bunch of perverts, wackos, and criminals.

Kinda off topic; but I'm a big believer in the 'live and let live' thing. I don't see where stuff like Kaitlyn Jenner affects me or my rights, in any way whatsoever.

I was just about to say something similar, living on the Gulf Coast of Texas near Galveston and Houston I cant drive one mile without seeing a chemical/petrochemical plant. And working in the industry that supplies them I frequently have to make deliveries to said plants. I used to joke that I smoked because it kept me from inhaling all the crap they are putting in the air.

Call me ignorant, but how does orally ingesting medication lead to drug particles in the air? Topical meds I can see. But orally?
how does orally ingested garlic manage to offend ones nose when one is a bit too close to the one who ingested the garlic?

Why river? I was talking about tap water and only about tap water.
hmmm river water... so I suppose New Orleans has the worlds best filtration system in the world for supplying the city with drinkable water... think about it... we are at the end of the river and 1/2 of the US is dumping their stuff into all the tributaries that feed the river we drink from... no wonder why my water bill is so expensive.... ;)
