I saw some of the nichrome for sale but had no clue what awg to get. Is all nichrome the same in terms of performance? I saw different kinds with different percentages for the metals. Not 100% sure what to look for, and want to be very careful not to get anything that could potentially be dangerous to inhale.

LOL I received my Iatty before Imeos note regarding the smaller o-ring ,so I assumed that the wrong one had been sent .So I went out to get one of the same size as the other one for the ceramic ,and I have had no problem fitting it inside the ceramic at all and its a nice tight fit.
Oh! and boy does this Iatty rock ,its the best flavour and vapour I have had out of any Ecig I have ever owned. Nice one Imeo !!

For those looking to source the wire here in the US, I did quite a bit of looking and didn't find any vendors for the Kanthal wire or the nichrome wire. Best place I found was in the UK. Price was not bad even with shipping. I now have like 100 yds of the .236 non-resistance wire and 100 yds of .16 wire. Also have 100 yds of 1/16" FG wick. Best place to get the wick is in the US.

I use the 0,16 mm wire and maybe I will use the 0,13mm wire for spare wire thedude. The thinner wire hits quicker and makes fewer threads on the wick, the 0,16mm hits a little less and makes more threads around the wick. So better to use 0,16mm for 3,7 volt vaping and 0,13 for more volts vaping to reduce the length of the wire when you vape at big volts

This is for anyone that decides to use Kanthal A-1 32SWG and doesn't own a multimeter. Just some quick measurements.
To get 1.5
1 1/3 inch Kanthal A-1= 1.55 Ωm when rounded
To get 2.0
1 3/4 inch Kanthal A-1= 2.039 Ωm when rounded
To get 1.5
