Curious to know, if you suddenly couldn't vape no more for whatever reasons, hypothetically of course, would you go back to smoking? Also want to know how long you have been vaping ? Just curious how many, like myself, get to a point where they know whole heartedly they definitely would never smoke again and curious if it has to do with time vaping?

Good question. I think the reason I stocked up is so I don't have to get to that point where it is even in the cards.

I can say, facing a health issue, I have not been tempted to smoke. Even when I was first given the diagnosis.

Smoking is just not on my radar at this point in my life.

Now if I were running low on stock, I would definitely make the effort to wean myself away from vaping. I truly do not want to smoke again.

I still do occasionally smoke, and probably won't stop soon. That said, I'll just take this one day at a time, comfortable knowing that I've got enough stuff around here to last through a nuclear winter.

I originally quit smoking cold turkey and stayed that way for 8 years. I quit smoking b cause I was literally unable to continue. Emphysema, bronchitis, recurring strep infections. I didn't quit because I wanted to though. Smoking is good for my mental health and helps me focus.

Those 8 years were not a great time. When ecigs first cam out i was like "smoking without the dying?" "Sign me up"

If they took my ecigs away and I couldn't mov to a place where I could keep one (yes I would l age the country over it) I would have to be on a drug called busbarr. It sucks. It works less well than ecigs and plays hob with my kidneys.

I've been smoking for around 25 years, vaping for almost 4 years. There was one time I left the house without my vape gear and I was going nuts. I almost bought a pack of smokes but decided to just drive home. I may probably smoke again if I can't vape anymore.

Being truthful, I really don't know. I would definitely go to another nic source first, like the gum, snus, or if I still had my nic base, utilizing it in an oral absorption method. If all my nic and gear were suddenly gone and irreplaceable, that is really the only scenario I can imagine being unable to vape, so that would be because of some major tragedy or unforeseen life circumstances. If it were for health reasons, I'd like to think I would have he strength to abstain from smoking , but my past history had me smoking days after release from the hospital for cancer surgery.

It would really depend on the mental state I would be in, at such a crossroad. I smoked from age twelve till age fifty two, so more of my life was spent as a smoker than a non smoker, and I have been smoke free and vaping for four years, the longest smoke free period of my life since starting, so there is that...

Also to note, I liked smoking, and had accepted the fact that after a year and a half quit attempt I suddenly caved in a moment of weakness and got right back on that train, and at that point had resigned myself to just being a smoker till I died.

If I was told tomorrow that I had two weeks to live...I'd probably fire one up just because.

I'll be honest. I'd probably smoke. I know myself well enough to know how addictive my personality is, especially when it comes to self destructive behaviors. It's why I don't drink, ever. And that was a struggle, many years ago. Vaping is a lifeline, for me. I have rid myself of other destructive behaviors; but I always have them within reach; just a weak moment away.

I would smoke. I vaped from 2010 to 2014 and then smoked. Tried vaping again briefly in 2015. Now I'm back to full vapor since March and intend to stick forever. I know why I failed before and now there's no excuse to not succeed unless the FDA keeps me from it. I'm a little stressed about the vape gear I've been buying because I don't think I've been smart about building my vapocalypse stash and I've been buying things based on want rather than stash worthy. I need to get focused!
