1. I watched the video and find that wood pulp wick very interesting - does it last longer than cotton?

Hi ceeceeisme! Thank you for the post and questions.
There were some questions about the advantages of the Wood Pulp wicking and I've checked with the engineers and have some more information. The woodpulp/cotton combination increases wicking time, improves eliquid diffusion across the coil and thereby improves flavour and reduces the chance of burning the coil.

#1 The video is well done, slick. But it seems every few weeks someone comes out with the latest and greatest. However Innokin has been putting out well reviewed products for a long time. I've never bought Innokin but I think I'm sold on trying this next.

1) The solution with increasing surface area theoretically seems to be very correct. Only practice will show whether it will strongly influence the transfer of taste in comparison with mesh coil.

(1) improving juice/coil surface ratio is a reasonable thing to do. It's probably hard to find the right spot between increasing the coil's surface and keeping it low-powered.

1) Great video, Professionally done - 3D Mesh seems like it rules (Micro Grooves). What's up with the wood pulp wicking though? How is it superior to organic cotton?

Hi Everyone. I have an update. We've made a mistake in the marketing materials which will be fixed. We were wrong with describing the eliquid flow improvement across the geometric pattern as 'capillary action'. From what I understand the geometric pattern of the Plex3D helps to facilitate eliquid distribution because of surface tension. I've asked the Engineers to look into this and confirm and we will be updating the marketing materials accordingly. Thank you!
