Shadow, magic is the energy that produces what discerning masses demand... it would be presumptuous in the extreme to insist on instant gratification.

I also know the energy of demand is the other half of inspiration to create... it's part of the equation... and you deserve to get your design out without unthinking partners in production slowing the process down...

a blessing on all factors involved and a pox on any and all evil doers that would stand in the way (lol... jk; this is all in good clean fun)

Thanks much for your understanding everyone.
Though the Shadow Feed protos did come in today so I will test them and likely issue any changes and final approval for production next week come Monday.
I am very happy with how they turned out. Medium draw should suit most everyone quite well.
Not too stiff and not too airy = Juuuust right.

So there is your little update. Sorry there is not more to amaze and excite, but hey, it's what I got.

I am doing my damnedest to make sure it comes in Feb (likely as surmised end of..) but I hope you will not be too upset if it does come down to first half of March.

I can not control everything, and some places are having small delays and each one adds up to more time wasted.
Believe me when I tell you, you do not understand how frustrating it is for me to deal with these delays.
All I can do is my best to make them as short a wait as possible and get them out to your hands as quickly as I am able.
It is tough to have to count on others for certain things when your work is already done and you are only waiting.

On the bright side, I think you will all be very happy with it.

I hope no one is too upset with me, but some things are just out of my control..

Hey to all my Eclipse buds. Shadow we know you and Mag are working real hard and its stressfull but take your time. We are here waiting and we will continue to wait so no problem here. Drum said Feb is short quick month so whenever is good enough for me.

FWIW, Target dates are just that. They are nothing more than best estimates based on everyone being able to get their end of the deal done within a given time frame. PCBs and electronic components are always a problem because suppliers can only tell you how long it will be based on today's inventory and backlog- and tomorrow you might get a different answer. You need the components before the PCB is fab'd, and then and the PCB's, buttons and cases and connectors before you can assemble etc.....
