Also...

Speaking of the knowledge of physics in terms of electrical/electronics and battery technologies - the general consumers won't have it. That's why a red flag went off when I saw that this design had a battery charging capability via a USB port. Safety in its design seems like an obvious must. One hopes the designer has sufficient qualifications for this task. That's why I mentioned it - for the general consumer.

My goodness, the more I read of this pompous drivel the more irritated I get. This device ISN'T FOR THE GENERAL CONSUMER!!!!! You're like that guy who always has something to say even though no one asked them, and you do it in the most annoying way possible. No one is impressed with your "knowledge". Sorry everyone else, this is just ridiculous.

Shad0w,

I took another look at your specs from page,1 of this thread, you say this unit will run on most likely an 18650 IMR, (AW,WISE CHOICE) with that being said since 2 x 123 batts will fit the same slot will this unit be capable of higher voltages ? It would be really cool if it was since I also like 6v, but I understand if not because of the risk of stacking batts that modders must take into serious consideration these days, I just had to ask because it would then be able to run HV Atty's & dripping on those is also quite nice.
