I'm curious as to how some are getting *days* off of one charge..

anyone mind sharing what toppers, volts, watts, etc you're using?

I usually stay around 3.4v with 1.7 SC tanks, and go through about 3-4ml a day, and the battery is down to 3.7 by the time I charge at night.

I was easily getting two full days using Mini Protank II's. I vape at low wattage (6.5 to 7.0 watts). And I vape maybe 2.5 ml/day max.

Hey all! Happy New Year!

Anyone know if you can get empty needle tip bottles at a craft type store? I only have one, and rinsing it out over and over gets old quick!
Have you checked your local B&M's? All the ones around me sell either the bottle with a tip or just the cap you can screw onto the e-juice bottle

Happy New Year, everyone.

I've done several searches trying to find information about this, and I seem to be coming up pretty much empty handed. I'm not really a newbie (and I have computer research skills!), and it frustrates me when I can't find what I think is really basic information!

Love, love, love my MVP2, but don't love the iClear 30 that came with it. I want to love it. Even before buying the MVP2, I came very close to buy a couple of these. At the moment, I'm glad I didn't bother--and I'm glad I didn't bother buying more spare coils for it.

First, let me say that I'm a big believer in cleaning out new tanks before using them--and I did this with the included iClear30. I know a lot of people don't do this, but I just don't completely trust things to be completely clean when they arrive from the factory (I also wouldn't eat off a new dish without washing it--seems like a good analogy to me). I mention that I cleaned this first because I would expect that the cleaning would improve potential problems. When I first filled it, after letting it sit for quite a while, nearly every hit was a dry hit. I'm tilting, and twirling, and this shouldn't be a problem with wicking. . . I finally decided to let it sit overnight. It was moderately better the next day, although I was still getting dry/burned hits especially if I was vaping quite a bit.

I know that most people like this tank. So what I'm looking for are some tips about using it to prevent these problems.

The one pictured on Fasttech is a version 1 which was Variable Voltage only and did not have an Ohm meter.

They mention that they are no longer shipping v1's.

I'm not going to say the K word because that seems to upset some folks here. I've had bad experiences with Fasttech so I won't do business with them anymore.

If you do business with them, be aware they are located in Hong Kong. I wouldn't order from them unless you are ready to wait. They're shipping is not the fastest....

I am fairly new but I think having a full tank helps, but I do like bottom coil better, haven't used the tanks mine came with. As someone here mentioned it looks like a jelly fish. ;)

I actually think it looks pretty cool--if not a little daunting. Yes, there's no question that bottom coils wick easier--basic gravity--but I've had some top coil tanks that I've liked and that have worked well. When I started vaping, I got a Triton kit from Halo. The Triton tanks are top coil (in fact, it's basically the same as the Kanger T2, but with 808 threads), and they work well. Of course, the 808 threading is kind of problem if one wants to upgrade (which I did very quickly).

I also know that they work better when fuller, and that's irritating to me. What's the point of having a tank that can hold 3ml of liquid if you to have to constantly top it off to get it to work right?

Okay, I know that there are some serious fans of this clearo. . .

Happy new year everyone!

Mini Protank II is my tank of choice.

Just the right size.. By the time I vape 1.5ml of a flavor, I'm ready for a change of pace. Easy to disassemble and clean. Never have leaked. Replacement heads are dirt cheap and even if you don't recoil them, you can extend their life a long time just by dry burning the coil and replacing the flavor wicks.

I have one of each. I have the energy series with the "frost" (black and blue) motif and a normal MVP 2 in metallic blue. (Blue's kind of my color in case you didn't know. Maybe it's all that time in the Navy...)

Love them both. I like the pattern on the energy series and the brushed metal finish on the metallic blue. I know the Provarinati will disapprove, but I'm so glad I held off buying a ProVari.

The MVP lasts just as long as a ProVari using an 18650, is much more convenient to carry around and charge on the go... And if I lose it, I won't have to don sackcloth and ashes and mourn.

And last time I checked, I can't plug my phone into a ProVari and make an emergency call if my phone dies on me....
I thought this was the penance for loosing a ProVari

I am rocking a PT2 style (from FT clone) on my MVP2, works great if you do the cotton flavor wick tweak (yes...you need to clean the cotton or it tastes like you licked your palm for a few puffs) the cotton keeps it from leaking/gurgling...the PT2 style mini (from FT clone) works very very very well and is eGo threaded which means it won't wear out your 510 connectors...

How do you carry the MVP2 with the mini protank II? Is it safe to carry in your pocket with the tank attached, or is there danger of damaging it like this? Waiting on mine to come, hopefully by Monday at the latest and wondering about the best way to carry it.
