It seems to be somewhat of a consensus that with the MVP 2 (as with any device) there are a few quirks and foibles.

(1)Firing pin is too short causing issues with making a connection (and corresponding tight draw/low vapor production).

(2)Generally tight draw (low airflow) on some delivery systems in general.

(3)Variable Voltage seems to be favored over Variable Wattage (for me also).

(4)Button a bit stiffer that desired.

Anything else I'm missing here?

My personal fix for the firing pin/tight draw issues have been solved by using a 510-to-ego adapter. Both issues have gone away by always using an adapter.

I'm just curious if anyone else has answers to these (or other problems/fixes) that haven't been thought of/brought up already.:)

I didn't own a v1, but compared to my EVOD battery the button press takes notably more force (I think PBusardo rated it at about 2 lbs of force). I do have to say as far as VV and VW are concerned, VV is the more accurate option (for me its not a deal breaker, almost all my attys are about 2.2 - 2.5 so setting wattage won't make too big a difference anyways, I assume for those that roll their own coils this will make much more of a problem). The draw seems tight on ego threaded devices, but this could be due to the location of airholes and the lack of space between ego threads (510 devices cause no problems for me)

As long as you're trying some "new things"...you might want to score a couple Aspire ET BDC Clearomizers and/or Aspire ET-S BDC Glassomizers.

After trying the Aspires...I moved all my CE4's, CE5's, iClear 16's, iClear 30 and T3S's to my "back-up drawer".

MyFreedomSmokes.com - Search Results for "aspire"

Oh, Thanks a LOT! /sarcasm
Now I'm going to have to try these out, just when I was about to make a juice order.. I'll now being buying more hardware.. (sigh)

Ordered from 101 on Fri received it today not bad with the weekend in there.
The button takes 1 3/4lbs of pressure to fire, The wife has severely arthritic hands and is able to use it comfortably.
Coming from tube mods the box shape feels a little wonky but should be able to get used to it with a little use.
Mine came with the I30 and I hate metal drip tips so this is useless errrrrrr!
The green charge light went out so now its time to see what this thing can do and for how long.:vapor:

are there really only 6 flavor choices or am I not looking at the right site?

Clark reduced his offerings so he could focus on the most popular. He is a one man operation. His juices are beyond description.
He offers 6 and then rotates 2 others, usually.
He steeps his own vanilla and has to make sure the steep keeps up w/ his orders.
I highly recommend Nicoticket.

A day of rest. Today I gave my MVP 2 a day off. Received it a week ago yesterday, gave it a full charge and charged it again on Thursday and again this morning. Since I purchased 2 iTaste VV-3 not long ago I'll use them today and let the MVP enjoy sitting on the counter with nothing to do.

I'm enjoying my VV-3 as IMO has the best feel and best power button I've ever tried.

I haven't put down my MVP since I got it Saturday, but I think tomorrow will be a VV-3 day for me as well. I just love the MVP, though. It may be rough to leave it at home.
