Went ahead and copped my iTaste MVP v2 from a B&M last night, having a blast trying all the liquids I thought I loved in my ego c-Twist at higher voltage / wattage, sooo tasty.

That being said I know this is probably a really noobish question, but I'm having a bit of trouble finding what I'm looking for and I figure this is a good place to ask. Are there any youtube videos or just written explanations helping you find your "sweet spot?" Not something that's going to be like if you're looking for x flavor / y vapor production, set your mod to xyz; more along the lines of you're using a 2.2 ohm coil, it's recommended you use x wattage / y voltage.

Just personally experimenting with the vv / vw I've found combinations that I enjoy quite a bit, but there's always room for improvement :).

For the record I'm currently using a 2.2 ohm coil, & (sadly) topping with a ProTank2. A bit off topic, but what are some toppers you guys recommend for full flavor / functionality?

Hope everyone's having a good Sunday morning :D

I would say Complete Vape but they are sold out ATM. They were $39.89 minus 10% when you use their Facebook coupon.

101vape: $39.99 but also out of stock ATM
fastech: $45.16 but you may have to wait a while
Vapor Authority: $52.99

Lots of good prices from ebay sellers but I will let those that have bought from them chime in as to who is trustworthy.

Got mine at vp-wholesales. $41.99. Pretty quick to ship. I'm surprised FT is that expensive.

Last night I made my first build on my new KFL+ black = 8 wraps of 30g on 3/64" with cotton @ 2.3Ω

I dropped from 18mg to 12mg last night - go figure :vapor:

I'll try 6 or 7 wraps later to get quicker heat and lower volts. MVP2 must be at about 4.6-4.7 here.

Best advice I can give you is what everyone gave me . Start on the lowest voltage and work your way up until you find your own sweet spot. Then do the same thing with the watts. I enjoy using voltage over wattage and I usually stay around 3.6-3.8 volts with my 1.8 and my 2.5 ohm but that could be different for what you like.

Google "VAPE VOLTAGE CHART" for a chart of voltage/wattage per ohm

Oh, I just saw the "vapers tongue" comment.
Try a few mints, like altoids or anything wintergreen or spearmint for a little bit.
I get the mini wintergreen altoids and that usually takes care of it really quick.

Mmmm wonder if pickle juice will help, LOL.

Pickle juice cures everything!

Sounds like a plan!!:)
I've found a 6/7 wrap of 30ga on a 3/64" mandrel ohms out to ~1.3-1.4....using them on IGO-L's and (on my Reo) RM2....running the MVP2 at 3.5-3.6v.
Vapes like a beast!!!:D
Good Luck!
Happy (vaping) Trails!

Mine came with 2 iClear 16s, which I personally find unusable. After vaping for less than a day at the lowest possible settings they produce a terrible burnt taste, and one of them is already leaking like crazy out of the bottom. I really don't understand why they'd couple the crappiest tanks on the planet with an awesome mod, but I digress..

Aye, that's essentially what I've been doing, thank you for the advice / point in the right direction. :)

I got the iClear 30 with mine. I do not know why the difference. iClear 16s looks just like a mini 30, never tried it however but I do enjoy the 30

Idk if I got some faulty models, or if the iClear 30s are just better than the iClear 16s, or even if I'm simply not using them properly (don't see how that could be as there's only 1 way to fill them, and I'm using them at the lowest settings possible), but I'm definitely not a fan of the iClear 16s. I'm considering going to my B&M and seeing if they can replace them, but seeing as they came with the iTaste MVP idk if that'd be possible.

A lot of vapers seem to prefer the 30s over the 16s. Also some like the 30s over the 30b. I personally don't care for long wicks. They seem to alter flavor. I stick with BCC or BDC.

I have 600 on mine right now and battery is at 3.9v. Using russian 91 at 9.5w on a 1.7ohm coil. These are mostly four or five second lung inhales. Make sure you put a full charge when you start counting. The green light will go out.

Oh yeah it is always fully charged. I'm running Vivi Novas and Aspires with 1.8 coils at around 3.6 - 3.9v. Dunno if dual coils drain batteries faster.

I also got the iClear 30, but have not been able to use it yet. All the Evod clearomizers I already own work great with the MVP and fit perfectly and fire every time. I tried to use the iClear, and nothing.... I've been afraid to mess with the firing pin inside the MVP because I didn't want to screw it up, and then have it NOT work with the Evods, which work perfectly now. Any suggestions, please?
