Man wouldn't it be nice if they where all reasonably priced, I would gladly pick up a few I really want if they were. I own a couple clones at this point, but I hate that the even copy the logos, but I can't afford to even lay out the $80 for a tugboat out a lone what some of these sell for.

I know. I have some with no logos, and wish they were all that way.

I did get a new Chinese authentic today. hcigar HC Plus. Need to clean and build it, but the machining is excellent. I have two others on the way; UD Aga t5 (already have a t7), and the Focloud.

Apparently there others besides the Lemo that suit my vaping style. I just didn't know about them until recently.

I bet you would adjust very quickly :). I do really love my sx mini m class.

When we started vaping we all adjusted to volts and watts. Even with my strong electronics background I still had to adjust to how they applied to vaping. About all that was easier for me is that I already knew Ohm's Law and the Power Law upside down and backwards. Otherwise I was pretty clueless a year ago. I didn't even know which was the 510 connection and which was the ego threading, lol! I was reading about clearos as opposed to the ego t atomizers and had no idea if they would connect to my ego batteries or not :D

Reading your post reminded me of an early post I made here asking about the difference between 510 and eGo threads and what would fit on what. Good to see it wasn't just me :)

Some spring loaded 510s are sealed. The FDV ones are.

However, I know the makers of the clone flasks were having trouble getting a steady connection using one. So it may not work well with that chip.

Well, joules are directly related to watts, but as a measure of work, its over a period of time. For our purposes, consider them the same.

Work is always measured over time or distance. If you lift a 50lb object for 10 seconds, you did more work than if you only lifted it for 3seconds. Same if you lift it 5 feet, you did more work than if you lifted it 2 feet.
If a J = 1 watt why do the Js stop at a lesser number than the W? Thats the part that keeps not making since to me.

Could the Joules be in relation to the temperature? That might make since as to why they dont equal 1 watt. I can understand Watts Voltage and how they relate It makes since to me but I just cant get Joules threw my thick knuckle dragging skull

I was the the same Roxy except I took some great leaps forward. The only thing I knew about DC was from welding. Now I have a scope and I can solder on a board Vaping has been a neat learning experience for me.

Im sure you have a much better grasp of this stuff than I do but I enjoy learning.

So I tried twisted 27 gauge Kanthal and 28 gauge Ni yesterday in a Zenith RDA with a single spaced coil and it's working well with temp sensing. The first coil I made was 9 wraps on a 3.5 mm pin and it was too much wire. I made it that long because I thought the resistance would be lower but it settled in at around 0.18 ohms. The vape was good but there was way too much heat and the Zenith got hot fast. I took 3 wraps off, it's at around 0.13 ohms now and it's a very tasty vape at 35 watts.

I still feel there's a bit too much wire in it. Think I'll try 31 gauge Kanthal with 28 Ni next time.

Thanks guys for the Marquees tips.
well had my first issue with the Lemo 2 I dropped it I even kinda broke the fall with my foot yes I will sacrifice body parts for vape gear
Any way it wouldn't fire so I took it apart what I think happened is there is a plastic bushing that a stem goes threw to hold the positive post in place.
That makes contact with a pin in the air flow base when I dropped it I think the plastic piece got dialoged so for now dropped in a o ring so everything makes contact Tomorrow I think I can mess around with a piece of delrin DT to make a shim for it all to work again.

I guess there is a reason why its so cheap but I don't mind fixing the short comings hopefully its not a issue everyone will deal with I don't think the average person want to do that much fiddling.

Sicaedus Im sorry to see juice vendors have to now pay an extortion fee to operate in your state.
MT passed one that requires them to obtain a $5 license and prohibits them from selling to minors. It also placed ecigarettes in a separate classification of "alternative nicotine delivery devices." I'm ok with that one. Lol

Yea while I dont like any of the regulation at least that one keeps us separate from BT Ant it silly the no Minors thing. The Ecig community has been pretty good about that from the beginning. It just more wasted dribble and time coming from infective politicians unwilling and incapable of tackling the real issues that need attentions.

Honestly that's tbh e only piece of legislation I've seen yet that I actually like. For that reason alone. It puts us in a totally separate classification, which is about the best thing for us right now.

Thanks, Itll pass I wish my wife was here to baby me Im a big woosy when I get sick

Hope you get well soon buzzzlove. My wife went in to get a kidney stone nuked on Wednesday and she's having some issues now, but nothing we can't handle for the time being. She does tend to woosy a bit but I get that and I can usually help her past that stuff. It's working so far :thumb:

Now when I get woosy she usually just uses a 2 x 4 on me, but I try my best to cut them down small enough to make them fairly painless when she decides I need to be whacked
