I don't go to clubs or lounges, and I don't mind educating people if they ask. It vapes very well. I had the mindset of, "You get what you pay for" with it... but I have to think otherwise because it's on par with the Genesis Mini, Katana, and I would assume others.
Nice, yeah i rarely go out.. Just with close friends but im glad it's on par with them.. Ok ... question if I may ....
I have noticed that my Kat makes me cough, a lot .... hubby even said "You are coughing like you did when you smoked". I am getting more than enough vapor, and maybe more TH than I do on other set-ups I have, but the flavor is good. It almost feels like a "coating", and a tickle in my throat. It's all very upper airway......
I have a 3/4 wrap right now, would the TH decrease if I tried a 4/5 wrap? I have already dropped my nic from 18mg to 12mg, and that seems fine in my tanks.

yes, I think that should do the trick, with 4/5 wraps the TH should decrease, vapor will be a little cooler also, the vapor production could decrease a little and the battery life should increase (maybe not noticeable)

Thanks Ariel ... I may try it. I don't normally got lower than 2 ohms resistance on most things, so maybe this coil is a little low for me and I am not used to it. I am not sure what resistance a 3/4 wrap is .... 1.5ohm?
Yes, 3/4 wraps should be around 1.5 ohms (of course, it depends how tight are the coils, etc.). I use my Katana with 4/5 wraps (around 1.6 - 1.8 ohms), that is my sweet spot <- (is "sweet spot" a correct expresion?
)You know guys we should find someone who can make a kick extension for the katana. The thing is already long, who cares if it's another 15mm or so taller? Lol.

Just use 18490 battery and 18650 tube If ya gotta use the kick
I have the 18650 tube on mine now and can barely hold it. LOL Unless I can get a finger up by the shield threads, it feels like it slips when I press the button. Guess I have small hands ..... I much prefer it in Mini-mode.

Ok ... new 5 wrap coil is going, and it is A LOT better!! No coughing but still good taste and decent vapor!!

Glad you got that all sorted. It is much more mellow at 5 wraps than 4 and the performance is nearly the same. I change between 3, 4 and 5 coils depending on juice and how I'm feeling

I am vaping 50/50 Cheesecake, so I think the 5 wrap is doing better with this flavor. The coffee was pretty good with 3/4, but was a stronger flavor.
And a lot less irritating on the throat ... BIG difference.

flavor with 5 wraps is awesome, but the weak th and vp doesn't do it for me like 3 wraps.
I started with a 3-4 coil at 1.7ohm and stepped up to a 4-5 coil. now i'm rockin a 5-6 coil and it is vapin tough. I think for the juice i am vaping it is perfect 70pg30vg. its great. I am really trying to stray from making any more serious mods to it but the magnet switch and a pretty well oxi'd wick seems to do the trick. also I tried burning my wire and not burning and it seems to wrap better and get more consistant results with the burn to help (anneal?) the wire. I am going to try the torching a wick only and seeing if it wicks better but I fear it may just short out. there is ways around that but I do seem to chain vape alot and am getting kindof a burned taste. I think its dry hitting. I have found that if I have a wicking problem I take a pretty good pull on it without firing covering the airhole so it just creates a vacuum and some bubbles happen in the tank when i let go of the hole that seems to help prime the wick as well as clear the fill hole. maybe this will help some people? I fricking love this pv!!! all day pv hands down. my favorite.
