And to keep on subject... Today I used the 901 atty and it's working wonderfully! Since I put the Noalox on the threads of the battery cap I have had no more problems there. And last night in attempt to get the thumb print I had put in the paint back out. I took a soft paper towel and put rubbing alcohol on it then buffed over the whole LPV2. Not only did I get out the thumb print, but it smoothed out other spots and made the paint cure all the way. Today it is no longer rubbery and soft feeling, but feels like paint should. Now I'm not saying it will work for everybody, just saying what I did. Plus the paint may have finished curing on it's own by now anyway. The more I use it the more I like it.
So only problems I had, the paint, is fixed now, the battery cap is fixed now and I have lots of batteries now so battery life is no longer an issue either. The only other thing was the light and that was a hubby issue, I kinda like the light, just wish I could see it more LOL.
