Time for more sales and another wave of need-to-know customer information brought to you by our Big Brother, the FDA. Please read this newsletter through to the end (it’s not that long!) as we have important changes to announce for the order process concerning ID’s and changes to our post-order system that will affect many of you moving forward.
Sale:
Help the FDA choke on a cloud by using coupon code “EatCloudsFDA” to blow some premium e-liquid into their pompous faces. This coupon is for 50% off and applies to our 2016, Reincarnation, Om Express, and DIY lines. Order must be greater than $25 after applying discounts for it to apply. Orders over $25 still receive free DOMESTIC shipping (applies to continental US orders only).
Legal Stuff (Revised):
All customers must now submit a photo ID to verify age and address. ALL CUSTOMERS. Photo ID will prove you are 18 or older and that you have an address that matches either the billing or shipping address of the order. We require all customers from California, NYC, and Hawaii to submit a Photo ID verifying that they are over 21 to remain in compliance with those local laws. Per the same FDA regulations, it is required you submit your photo ID upon every order. They have made it so we cannot save your customer information and use it repetitively. However, we now have a feature during checkout that will allow you to upload your photo to cut out the email step. Just make sure you upload a photo with your order. Make sure to include the invoice number of the order in the subject line. Any order placed without following the verification procedures will be forfeited.
New Policies:
We have had a huge upswing in problems related to changing orders after they have been place, buyer’s remorse where people no longer wish to consume our product and want their orders canceled and refunded (oftentimes after they’ve already been mailed out), and a slew of other problems. This is consuming 30+ operation hours per week as a result, and is hamstringing our abilities to remain efficient. As a result, we now have the following rules:

This is not our most pleasant newsletter. We had to cover a lot of the boring and nasty stuff to help you guys understand why we have to make changes in the way we conduct business. The FDA is doing their best to kill our industry. With this fight, we have to run simply and efficiently to continue to thrive, which means being sterner with finalized orders. We cannot do massive sales and offer low prices for the highest quality e-liquid on the market if we continue to dedicate dozens of man hours to helping people change their minds about our products. - All Sales are FINAL! We box it, you buy it.
- Refunds. If you contact us before we box your order, we will work with you on a refund. This is not a guarantee of refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee if we are able to refund your order before it is in the hands of the Post Office.
- Changes to Orders. There will be a $5 charge from here forward to alter an order. This is not a guarantee that your order will be changed. You are given ample opportunity to amend your order before you finalize it. Please be certain you select what you want before you complete the order, or fixing it will cost you.
