@tm thanks anyway. BTW I'm shopping for a little more nic for the just-in-case pile and I placed a dummy order at Wizard labs so I could see what their shipping was. I was just short of hitting the "place order" button and nothing was asked of me.

As of right now, I don't think nic is required to do AV. I could be wrong but I'll call John tomorrow and see what he has to say. Wizard Labs is where I get my nic.

I placed an order with Verde Valley Vapes over the weekend, and the checkout was the same as always. No muss, no fuss.

They do have BC now. When I ordered they didn't have it yet on their site, but they do now.

If there was more clarification from the FDA or if there was a 100% fool proof way, we would look into it. The issue is that the FDA wants EVERYONE under 27 to be visually ID'd. Not just B&M's. So the age verification softwares that don't require a visual, might actually not be in compliance, thus making those that use it not compliant.
