Nobody ever called you Robby or Bobby?

Nope on the Robby. There was another Robby in the neighborhood when I was growing up. He lived there first. One Aunt, two cousins, and now you Sandy, have called me Bobby. My preference is nothing that ends in "y."

Unless it's my Aunt, cousins, or Sandy a'calling.

We've just come back from experiencing Canada Day. It's interesting to share in another country's patriotism. Different perspectives.

General e-cig query:

Anybody ever try a Vision/Stardust on an eGo twist? I know a noob who hasn't finished buying everything.

First off - Holy CRAP I just read 23 pages straight through

The Bollywood actor in my Avatar is not me either. I've got myself hidden in my Profile too. :)

I'm shy :) :nun:

Liberty Flights has FA super condensed flavors as well. 10 ml bottles at a cheaper price than I've seen elsewhere. I was able to get a 20% discount on my order with the coupon code "couponcodes". I ordered Maxx Blend, Oriental, MTS vape Wizard, and some fruits. Good stuff.

I hate to give up my source cause now y'all are all gonna order your TPA/TFA (whichever you prefer to call it) that they carry from my source - 8ml bottles for $1.49 - no lie. Same place with the cheaper nic juice (depending on your potency) which is Wizard Labs. I swear if one of you swipes vanilla cupcake before I can get it ordered again there will be claws and sharp teeth involved. They carry 147 TPA/TFA flavours, koolada, sour, smooth, a couple of Lorannes and 1 other one (it's a tobacco so I didn't pay attention). You can't find a cheaper price and these people are phenomenal packers (talk about *real* bubble wrap!) and they're correct when they say that the standard shipping is just as fast as priority mail. Go over $100 and it's free shipping - works great when ordering a bunch of flavors, just toss in some extra nic juice and POOF! You go from $12 or so in shipping to nothing! I know I'm gonna regret sharing my secret - but I wubs you all so it's worth it - just don't tell all your friends! lol

I've enlisted Bluesgirl's help for this.

A promise between two young poor kids. Adversity, hard work, and relentless desire to reach a goal. Now a reality.

Totally love ya both :)

I think you ladies missed your calling,(Mr.Heffner) Very HOT!

Very subtle there blkhwk ;)

My picture is also on my profile page. It's kinda dark, my hair is much lighter than that...

Ok, we do look a lil bit alike, lol!

Aww...alrighty.

ROWrU.jpg

This is a tad longer than it is now and it was still a bit damp, but yeah.

I've got about 6 inches on your hair in that photo. We measured again a couple days ago and I'm at 40 inches - that's 2 more than a month ago so I'm experiencing a growth spurt and my hair has gotten a lot healthier - woohoo!

If you get ready to cut it off I know somebody who'd love to have it.

Locks of Love helps disadvantaged children suffering from medical hair loss

I've donated 7 pony tails so far. My hair is short now but I'll start growing it again in about one more haircut. Most Great Clips will give you a freebee haircut if you donate.

Be aware - they'll let you GIVE hair that's been darkened - but if it's EVER been bleached or highlighted in the section you're donating? They throw it away when it arrives and most salons do NOT know about this rule. They *will* take 8 inch cuts, however, that started a few years ago (I donated 8 inches in 2008) and I donated my last 2 ponytails just in case, but I'm sure they got tanked. So darkening or just covering those invading white n silvers is OK - but no bleaching...ever if you want to donate. I'm about to get a bunch cut off. 4 inches is a bunch for me since I haven't had my hair cut since Feb 09! I told myself I'd do it at 36 inches - but between measurements I went from a stalled 32 straight to 36/38/40 in the last 3 months!! I'm going to disappear for a day and come back with highlights, about 4 inches less hair, and I'm finally going to have my acrylic nails again - woo! All to surprise Colin :) He's never seen me with my hair and nails done all nice - makeup too (he likes watching me put make up on when I do it on rare occasions, it fascinates him) - then I'm going to take him out to dinner :D

Ditto here too

Hiding pics is a good thing when you're shy.... I think I used one where you could see my whole face as my avatar for ONE day back in Feb or March, lol!

Yeah, the Locks site says 10" but I'd assume that what they NEED for a wig, not always what they'd take as they use shorter to offset costs...somehow. I just know that after about 2-3 years, I get tired of the hair...plus it's gonna be 90F in a few days. Ack!

Again - no bleaching, no highlights for those who want to help :(

I have a pic on my profile page too.

So we had a horrible storm last night. Tornado proportions if not an actual tornado. Still no power & it's supposed together 105 today!
I'm at McDonalds for wifi and charging my phone and batts. Check in when I can.

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Miss Emma! wasn't that a wild storm? We got tornados here. Our power is back on but our internet and phone are still out.

Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2

My power and half the town is still out.
DP&L said it could be multiple days!
Using my phone to type this, but trying to conserve
battery. Hate to run the truck to charge it.

Our power went out about 5:30 pm and came on, thankfully, at 12:15 am. I was most worried about blkhwk as I knew the storm was headed straight for him. I didn't know where you were in WB Emma and I didn't realize the storm hit as far up as Findlay! I'm still worried for those who don't have power (like blkwhk and Emma) especially because a. the temp is gonna be over 100 the next three days and because you're gonna lose all your perishables :( I know when there was that big storm that came through the summer of 2008, AEP and the Red Cross (maybe even FEMA too) gave money to people to replace at least *some* of what they lost with the power being out so long. We had 2 more power blips today - and I woke up from a nap around 6-6:30 pm to a hail storm dropping hail the size of golf balls. On the middle age thread I mentioned that I have a big limb down on my 50 ft Sycamore, but my other 12 trees made it through OK, thankfully. My house turns 55 this year and I'm one of the oldest on the block - but we have some very very big trees on the block. 2 neighbors took action last fall and drastically cut back their huge oak trees so if we had another huge storm, their houses wouldn't get hit. The only thing in danger for me if the Sycamore goes down is my garage, thankfully, unless somehow a gale wind comes in due west, which is unlikely (phew!)

Here is my desk jungle AKA organized chaos. :)

x4Qxb.jpg

Everything has it's place, so it just seems like clutter...yeah, that's it.

(Yes, I found out years ago that my old RYO tins made a good height for freebie speaker stands. The toys have stories behind 'em too...just fun stuff)

If that's Malty on your desk you'd better hide - I'm down to maybe 10 ml and I don't know if I can order it again and if I can't I'm going hunting! I can't figure out if the BWB rules for Malty and Malty Toffee are 2 forever (kinda like the ry4 znd ejoker are one per account) or if that's per order - I plan on emailing because I can't live with out my Malty and I still have about 30 mls of MT.

I really hope everyone is OK, I'm glad I caught up to everything (I think) and if I quoted you and it doesn't look like I answered, I was including multiple posts with one reply :)

Stay safe y'all!

-d

ooh ooh ooh - I totally forgot! For $101 bucks I just got: An iTaste tank set, a Leo Pro Carbon, 5 Tidy 10 cartos for the iTaste and 5 extra tanks! I couldn't believe it! When I get my back pay I'm going back for more - this was from Sterling Vapor in TN http://www.ecigsejuice.com/ and they have a discount code "lucky" that's 10% off! Weeeeeeee! The Kit was 69.99 *with* the adapters that white stag was going to charge $8 each for (the 510 and 808kr?), the Leo Pro Carbon was only $19.95 (instead of $24 or $26 depending on vendor (ecig arsenal is $24, WS is $25.95 and their extra iTaste batteries are only $30 before discount so $27 instead of $40.95 at WS!) and the other things came to like $18 - then I still got 10% off and shipping was only $4.99! I can't wait - I'm gonna be like Iffy on top of my house waiting for the mailman!!!!! Plus, I didn't have to pay in state tax so I saved like $30!

One last thing - Sorry Blues for the Marathon - you know I get excited, lol!

Daisy (or whoever can answer)....I have Malty Toffee, but haven't tried Malty. What is the difference????

This might sound trite - but imagine the Malty-Toffee w/o the Toffee flavor. I vape them both, like them both. I have 1 tank, I alternate between the two. I like switching between them - it brings out the Toffee when I go back to it.

Oh - that tank/carto has now been replaced with a Nova Viva - the 30/70 pg/vg ratio of the Malties works fine in the Viva. It tended to clog up a carto to about 1/2 it's lifespan w/ a lower ratio vg juice.

Anybody ever try a Vision/Stardust on an eGo twist? I know a noob who hasn't finished buying everything.

I'm using a V/SD on a 650mAh Twist set to just 'bout twix the 3.2V and 4.8V dots; I'd guess 'round 3.8-3.9V. And it's a great lil' combo. Can't really give ya a batt 'charge life span' in that it's in my rotation. I'm using my DIY Capella Strawberry & Cream and consider it a bit more voltage/heat sensitive than most of my other daily flavs. But it vapes great from 3.5-3.9V in da V/SD.

Hope that helps. LMK if ya have any other questions!

BTW: I've cleaned/dry burned that specific V/SD at least four times with no loss in flavor or vapor...

I have two Twists and love them and highly recommend. It is seriously second only to my Provari and IPro. Joytech really came through with this one! Incredibly good, easy to use, reliable, good quality, VV at an unbelievable price. Just bought my 2nd one last week at an great price and am thinking of picking up yet another one here: Ecig Batteries Been using my first one for around six weeks now with no issues at all.

I have the pearl pink 650mah and a chrome 1000mah. Now I want the blue but can't decide which size to get. I can't say enough good things about these. My Kgo and regular Egos are sadly left far behind now.

Never been a fan of Stardust/Vision's. The latest Visions are a little better but no matter what I find they give off a plastic taste and mute flavors.

If they go to the above site, have them buy this tank to try: 510 EGO Excalibur 2ml Tank red [Excalliber red] - $6.00 : Vapors Choice, Ecigarettes & Parts

I only used it for a few days and dropped it today and cracked the tube. But for the price I thought it was good and the flavor was much better than the Star/Vis types. So easy to use also. Just unscrew the cap and fill - voila! No carto to worry about either! I am going to order a replacement tube and another one when I decide on the battery. They also sell the replacement atomizers for the tank.

Having gone through a ton of equipment in the last few months I really think that would be a very nice start. Inexpensive, good quality, and very easy to use.

Here's a pic of my chrome one with a different tank on it: 0627120918.jpg

Thanks for the eGo twist news. I'll pass it along. If I wasn't so completely stocked up I'd feel compelled to try it myself.

And now ... as the day comes to a close ... I have to go turn on the BigAssTV because it's time for True Blood. It's like a clothing optional Dark Shadows.

I found a pet friendly motel room...I think the only room in town. Not sweltering tonight. I just walked the dogs and there is a cool soaking rain now, which probably cooled my house a bit...LOL. Oh well, this room has TV and I'm charging batts and phone etc. The dogs are snoozing beside me.
I did have to throw out all the food in my fridge/freezer today...have a stand alone freezer which I need to get to tomorrow.
There was supposed to be another storm come through, but luckily it missed us this time.
The last word was that we can expect power either Wednesday or Saturday....blech.

BTW, notice that the baby is resting it's trunk on a trunk?

ETA: MissEmma, so sorry you and your neighbors have to go through this!

That's exactly what I would have said. Malty's actually awesome on its own, or as an atty cleanser to drip a few times through if you drip, or if you're using tanks (not dcts, but tanks and tank attys) it's a great palate cleanser and leaves just a nice sweet but almost buttery taste. It's kind of like, MT light, lol! I've fallen more in love with Malty than Malty Toffee - I never thought I could like something more than MT - y'all know I'm a MT freak, lol!

Mookie, that Ego twist thing is kinda cool! You like it? My kgo rarely gets used. What do you like about the Ego Twist. Iwas thinking about getting the Ovale. Have you seen it? He has $10 off yesterday and today so it is only $19 if you want the code let me know Ovale V8 Incremental VV Body - Black

I don't know anything about the Ovale so I can't help you there but it looks interesting. How are the reviews? It has the "gripper" finger groves that are very comfortable. I tried one with that style in a wooden box recently (possibly a Monkey or Kens, I don't remember). I've never owned a box mod but have a Reo Woodville on the way now - soooo excited!!!! I can finally pull out my woody  :p

What do I like about the twist? It is good quality for the price and so simple to use. Great reviews. No buttons, led's, charging/stacking separare batteries, etc. Just a simple little twist of the bottom cap to change VV. I like the Ego size and price for taking out of the house and not worrying about losing it or dropping it. Once I started VV I've never looked back. Love my higher end pv's but I seriously can't believe how well the $20 Twist (if you buy from the link I provided above) works. Plus there are so many ego style/size accessories to use with it.

With my older Kgo/Ego/Echo's it was a constant battle trying to find the right res./ohm carto to match the juice and voltage/watts, blah, blah, blah, of the battery. Never getting a satisfying consistant vape to last very long. With the VV, I just throw on a std. tank, carto, CE2 type thingy or whatever and with whatever juice. Just a little fine tuning with a twist and I'm in vape heaven.
