I agree. I had a sluggish atty that would never heat well enough when I got my Ego and they sent me a replacement immediately that is still working well and I mailed the bad one back. No problems, no hassles. I was pleased with their service.

They are all diff prices.
You need to go to www.jantyusa.com and sign up and look for shipping on the site.
You don't have to sing up, just look in the links tab @ top and in the FAQ section. You will find the S&H there.

The button on my V3 sticks now and then, the last time I had to unscrew the atty to make it stop burning. Does anybody know what I might do to make it work right on my own (it's not warrantied)?

Is the only benefit of the eGo over the Dura the battery life or is the overall performance improved? Throat Hit, Flavor, Vapor Production etc. What is the purpose of the Atomizer cover? Does it improve the draw or does it just simply protect the atomizer? I am almost sold on the eGo but I want to know this stuff. I love my Dura but longer battery life combined with its already superb performance is worth it alone but longer battery life with even better performance complete awesomeness.

I have been having this small (actually BIG) problem with one of my eGo Manual Batteries. It started to slowly die.
What I mean is it slowly started to lose power over time. It started out with 8 to 9 hrs worth of vaping and in the last week its gone down to 6 to 8 then 4 to 6 and now it only lasts 2 to 3 hrs before needing to be recharged.
Now I have put in a Ticket on Sunday and no one got back to me yet.
Guess it can't handle my heavy usage?

How long have you had your eGo? I just got mine last week, and have barely used it so far, and hope this isn't an issue with all of them. I know none of these batteries last forever, and I don't really know what the shelf life is of these batteries, unused. I was starting to think, I better use my ego now, or it might go bad while it's just sitting there. I hope you can work out your issue with your battery. Isn't there some kind of warranty?

I was with in the first group of pre-orders.
I have had it about 2 months and I am a very heavy vaporer.
I will take long drags and they are so long I do hit the cutoff a lot.

I'd have to yes it does perform better as well as having the awsome battery life. It's not a knock your socks off difference, but it's like having a dura battery that just came fresh off the charger the whole battery life. Many others have described it this way as well.
Friends, just got my ego today... Battery got stuck on both my brand new batteries. Had to unscrew the atty- is there a defect? Am I pressing too hard? what could be up? Thanks, LT
I've had my manual batteries for a month or more now and have no problems with them at all. You don't have to press really hard at all. I would put in a ticket and I'm sure they will fix you up. 
I have the manual batteries and I ordered my friend a kit and his are manual batteries as well, but the inside, were you screw the atty in are a lil different. If you look directly down, into were you screw the atty, that brass looking part in the middle there is smooth and flat, his is smooth and flat but his has a lil hole in the middle. It's not a whole that goes all the way through but mine does not have this...They were ordered within a week or two from each other so I was just wondering why one is one way and the other is the other way? Nothing wrong with either one of course, just curious
Another question... since the batt got stuck on, I got a burnt taste in my cart. I replaced the cart and still got a burnt taste... do atomizers hold on to the burnt taste for a while?
and... when the battery dies, what sign does it give?

When the battery dies, it should flash a number of times - just like with a 510 'cept the LED's located differently.
I find that the burnt taste can linger a bit myself. So I boiled (~10min) one of my atty's that had said taste and it's just fine now.
No issues here with the button sticking like with Bella Luce, but have heard of it happening - hopefully they'll address this manufacturing issue in the future but Janty should be good about replacing.
