While i do understand your frustrations, i think you have to realise that carts are being used because it - unfortunately - is the "open standard" within the e-cig business. Its not common to sell an e-cig without tossing a few carts in there.
So if you get your money back, and buy another product, from someone else - you wont remedy this situation. You will probably just end up in another similar situation, but this time with a PV that is bigger and holds less power - and in my opinion doesnt look as good
As stated, we are working on the Tesla Filter, to fix this - and then there are dripping / or cartomizers out there.
I do understand why you are frustrated, and i DO understand why you would want it to just work out of the box - and it does: But all the reviews you are seeing, those are NOT people using carts, they are mainly drippers. So please keep in mind, we (Janty) never advertised that using carts = what you see in the videos.
To me, it sounds like a combination of two things going on with your e-cig: 1) Your atomizer isnt fully broken in and 2) Your carts are too dry, or the liquid youre using is not up to the task.
If i was you, i would start by pulling out the filling material, then drip 2 drops directly into the ego - and vape. See if you like that - if that works, then your next "goal" is to find a mod that works similar to this for you. There are alot of great mods, and while they often require you to find a hobby knife, then usually its only a matter of using 1 hour of your life, to end up with a mod that will work for a week or more before you have to redo it. Small price to pay for not inhaling tobacco, or any of those nasty things we dont want in our lungs isnt it? =)
So for your own sake, dont give up - the only alternative you can find right now is the cartomizer or disposable e-cigs out there, and TRUST me, when i say that the eGo blows them away when it comes to vapor production and taste!
