That's nice that Cignot offers it, but I have to say it's not typical. I have dealt with piles of other vendors, and I've never once been offered a prepaid envelope. My guess is that with a relatively short warranty period (14 days, I believe), offering return postage is probably fairly easy to do.

I got my V3 in the mail today. I got it all charged and ready to go. I put the cartridge in the atty. Started vaping and keep getting this funny rubber taste. I have topped off the cart, made sure the atty didn't get dry. I have emptied and refilled the cart. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix it? The rubber taste is making me nautious.

Which V3 did you get - what color is it?

Also, this could be the priming juice - it tastes very bad. What you can do to remedy this is to unscrew your atomizer, blow with your mouth on the opening of the atomizer holding a paper towel underneath it, - blow it until you think its as dry as it gets.

After that insert the atomizer and hold the power button until cutoff fully, while you blow into the atomizer opening ( thus cooling it down as it heats up ) - make sure you keep on blowing while you do this. Do this twice, then while its still a bit hot, put in 3 drops of liquid straight on the atomizer, leave it like this for 20 seconds, then add 5 drops - leave it like this for about a minute, then try to vape on it and see if it has gone away!

Mik thank you so much! I have the Black V3. I had blown out the atty like I was supposed to but did not do the burn off. I followed your directions to T and 99% of the rubber flavor is gone. Plus the flavor and TH are superb now. Thank you again!

The priming liquid in new atomizers does not.. ..taste very good. Usually people just smoke through it, but i always do it like i described. If your atomizers ever gets bad tasting you can do the exact same as i just mentioned and they should be back to working order. in rare cases where that wont work, you can take out the atomizer, put it under running water for a few mins, then blow it out and use a hairdrier to completely dry it off, then follow the procedure above. Just make sure to let it rest after using the hairdrier before you start that second process!

I have read that the V2s have a built-in protection for over/under discharge/charge... I was hoping that the V3 has the same deal so that they can accept unprotected batteries without having to worry about any sort of mishaps?

I've been reading alot about the FDA and U.S. customs seizing overseas shipments. It appears that only NJOY & SmokeAnyWhere are free to receive shipments w/o hassle cuz of going to court w/ the FDA. I could be mistaken but I would imagine if this is the case then all other suppliers in the U.S, including JantyUSA, who all receive there products from overseas, might be having serious issues atm w/ shipping in the U.S. Thats how things seem to be. I could be wrong and would like to hear for certain from Janty, myself.

I just ordered a few of the JS V2 pouches for backups. Now that the V2 has been replaced with the V3 do you plan on continuing to carry these?

Just wondering if I should get more before they disappear.

I don't know that we will continue to order more pouches/holsters; however, we still have a pretty good stock of them, so you should be fine for some time. Our current stock is showing 180, so if you have concerns, I would just keep an eye on the stock level on the website. Overall, I think you will be just fine.

Those pouches work great for belt-carrying the Stick or just about any box mod with a little modification. I'm surprised you don't sell more of them.
