Ya gotta remember, with an internal batt, they're throwaways to begin with. And honestly, they last longer than some battery mods I have. And cheaper + generally easier to use.
Yeah, but I can get a spring loaded 510 for $5 or less and already have a Weller Blue Box soldering station I use for doing guitar work...

Me too. I just upgraded my 510 to a VariTube 510 even though I don't really use it anymore (backup to my backups). I used a tap to thread the sleeve to install the VT 510. It was a fun little project and it works great.

Not saying you can't fix em but when you factor in your labor it's cheaper just to replace. Unless you like to play with stuff like that. :) In that respect I'm in yer corner! :D

It might be cheaper today, out of your pocket... well, kind of... honestly, is any one taking unpaid time off work to fix their MVP2?! Unpaid time, while highly highly valuable, is different. Now, I don't mean to sound like a jerk, or a tree hugger [I don't really mean that disrespectfully, much]... but Lithium is NOT good to just throw away... actually, you will find that it says to find a recycling center.

I know YOU didn't say to throw it away, YOU only said to replace it. I get that. I just want to remind everyone to please discard of your hazardous chemicals such as batteries in a responsible manner. When it's a battery encased in metal held together by 8 screws that was used to vape on what so many people think small amounts of will kill you if it gets on your skin... go the extra mile and at least open it to remove the batteries and recycle them if not the whole thing.

Ok... just wanted to get that out there... oh, and to remind you all that I'm looking for spare MVP2's for parts ;)

------------> Waves "Hello" to lucky_x16. Hi! Good to see you!

Hey lady!!

I don't have a Lemo yet, but I frequent a thread where you might have some real good luck finding an answer to your question about it over there if no one chimes in over here.

That charger is a good find based on what I can read about it... I figure if you were charging everything at the same time, you would be using just about everything that charger can handle (~90%), which I find to be just right for those kinds of USB power adapters.
I have a chime in over there.

From the "gossip"...vs. the MVP2...the MVP3 will be a little heavier, a little bigger and a little more expensive...but replaceable 18650???

Have you considered the IVP Mini? vs. the MVP2...the IVP Mini is a little lighter, a little smaller and a little less expensive...and does have a replaceable 18650.

Tagged that thread, Will watch it, That is cheap enough.

Yeah that thing looks killer.. I just hope I can hold off buying one of these Vamos or Sigeleis til mid-December!! I guess it is cheap enough to get one anyways.. ;)

If you do, bypass the V6 unless you plan on changing the head when you get it. The contact pin loves to run away. Every time I fill my tank, I need to readjust the screw again so it will fire. Waiting on the V3 upgrade head now, since it has a floating pin.

I do not know. I am looking for more of a side by side like the Kato Square Box Mod. All these phallic mods out there. Definitely going a long ways away from discrete.
