Cool... I can't seem to even get an email response from my vendor...

This reason alone is why I prefer to purchase from a local brick and mortar store. I had an issue with my first MVP and they swapped it out for a new one no questions asked. No mail. No email. No waiting. Real face to face service.

What carrier/lanyard are any of you using for your MVP 2? I love this thing but it can get awkward hauling it around cuz of its weight and bulky size.
I prefer something around my neck instead of a belt/pocket pouch.

Ideas?

Thanks for the ideas, but I found what I needed.....

It's not a lanyard but it'll go great on my belt.

Can you provide a link?

I have been using mvp for about 3 months now and love it! I let my little brother (26 years old) try it and he loved it. I ended up giving it to him and buying another. I have 9 mech mods now but my mvp is still my most used Vapeing device!

Once I figured out what setting worked best with the tanks I was using, mine are always close by.

Interesting ego style you posted, with a great battery life and a pretty significant power out put. I have however, as it says in my sig. "embraced my inner squareness" and like that form factor. I am also a low voltage vaper with my daily rig. I will probably give the new 1000 mah VV V4 a try as my next little carry mod.

Good to see you around the thread:vapor:

V3 is definitely on my list.......:toast:

Ditto & Roger that. Use my eGo type 900mAh as my walking round battery. Rather get squared up for a walking round battery as well. :toast::vapor:

Minor update regarding the kit: It seems I am creating a stainless steel steam roller. *chuckles* Have the Aero tank w/ replaced stainless tube, looking to get the second version airflow valve for it. That valve looks similar to the knuckled tube. The tube does very well, no real leaking issues. Left the o-rings in the base and upper units. The tube makes cleaning a breeze, rinse, shake off, sit aside to air dry a few minutes, good to go.

I can put around 2ml in the tank using the tube, normally top off after vaping around 1ml. Find I get juicy fruited ( the sucking up of juice as it gets low in a tank ) when I get to about 1/3 capacity. "Hey dummy, fill me back up. Ha!" So, I keep Mr. Tank happy to avoid becoming a yuck head. :-x *puke*

Alright, I fully accept it. I am a vaper, no longer a smoker. Go me, be healthy me, get your vape on me! :) Recently having a minor hiccup regarding vaping. Looked over some reading here. Saw the issue could be serious, or it may be there is a simple solution. I'll try the given notions. Hopefully going more VG, or lower nicotine may curb minor gastro issues. If not, I have a very nice battle axe hardened nurse (former Navy nurse of 30 yrs), who can set me on course. :) And yes, am aware the issue may not be vaping related. Holidays, stress, rich food ... hmm.

Oh my god! I had no clue this was a vaping "problem"... Presuming we're talking about the same..."problem"... But I have been experience a larger than average volume of toxic emissions from my derriere lately. Are we on the same page here? I did my own googling and found a number of vapers experiencing noxious aromas. Seems to be attributed to the body expelling toxins from a past life of smoking.

I, as you said, like & prefer the box over the rest, but like the stealth of
a strong small ego (as back up) – having the ‘power’ available is nice, but I don’t care
to use that much, favoring lower output for my own DIY builds…
I have toy’d with the 1.0Ω – 1.3Ω builds, it’s just not for me
don’t like the excess heat, just ends up wasting batt and burns my juice… IMO

seen very little about the VVv4 (750-1000-1200) not seen it for sale yet
I have one EP 700mah (set 3.5v only) it’s cool for what it is... (small, $10)

Nice Kanger finally made a battery with some balls! :)
Is it a 22mm diameter battery?

the Kanger IPOW 2 is 18.5mm diameter by 115mm tall (long) ,
1600mah / it outputs Watts only (3-15),
has a constant display of : ~ Ω / watt setting / batt life ~ (when triggered)
has USB charge at top side / twist dial on bottom for QWIK settings (round-robins)
flush 510 top (with included 510/ego adapter)
it runs on an internal “temperature control system” which
is REALLY GREAT ! (since I’m not sure what it’s really doing)

I’ve had it for several weeks and becoming fond of it along side of my MVP
hope the Kanger quality shines through…

:tumble: :2c:
got some modern ego style batteries lately and I am more than happy with them
they are a great supplement for the MVP IMO...

hooked up wife with the new `bvc` small coils

my new favorite almost indestructible topper is the Aspire ‘bvc’ ET & ET-S
they are built like vivi nova, easy to disassemble, clean, and dry…
they use BOTH bdc or bvc coils (non nautilus)
also ego threaded (+ +)

wife is “just brutal” on ALL DEVICES , so my challenge is to find:
super durable – lasting – simple

no drip tip to loose-no glass to break-no 510 to snap off (+ lack of need for thread support cone)

so far what has held up;
•Aspire ET on SMOK 650mah eMax VW
•Aspire ET on SMOK 2000mah VW

with the “ET” tanks, they fit the old mini vivi nova 2.5 tanks
which I bought aluminium tanks for, so an ET with aluminium tank fitted
about a month now and trouble is almost non exsistant

maybe the most perfect trouble-free topper set-up (at least in my world)

- Aspire ET-S BVC Metal Glassomizer
- Genuinte Aspire BDC Mini Vivi Nova Clearomizer - Rock Bottom Vapes!
- Genuine Aspire BDC Vivi Nova - S Clearomizer - Rock Bottom Vapes!

so "jus sayin' anyone in this category looking for a spiffy tuff topper tank for your MVP
have a look / try with the Aspire ET's fitted with the bvc single coil wrapped in ceramic fiber (not cotton)

ps: I rebuild them as single horizontal coil when needed

The temp protection is just to make sure the battery isn't heating up too much... standard practice in most consumer electronics in the U.S. and elsewhere.
